    It is not enough to just ensure that Govt Lawers go to Court to defend cases. They should be sanctioned like any Govt employee.

    Make working at the AG's attractive to some of our brightest lawyers by means of good salaries and funding to the department. Also make winning cases a precondition for promotions.
