Chronicling the events that unfolded during his incarceration, Ken Kuranchie has expressed doubt about the civilization of the country. He said: "we have no right to call ourselves civilized people.”. In his view, Ken Kuranchie, Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Searchlight, explained his 10-day prison experience after being declared contemptuous of court following a publication in his newspaper, said: "Ghanaians have no right to call themselves “civilized people” end of quote.

What do you expect from the people with mentalities of:

A: "METIMEHU AND ALL DIE BE DIE?"
B: "SAKAWA AND SIKADURO?"
C: "XENOPHOBIC AND ETHNOCENTRISM?" etc.
D: "BURYING INNOCENT HUMAN BEINGS WITH THEIR DEAD CHIEFS" at this day and age.
E: "TWO FACE PEOPLE"...(they smile with you, at same time stabbed you at the back, especially if you are a Nigerian). Who need an enemy if you have a "typical Ghanaian" as a friend?
F: They spent most of their LAZY times ONLINE spewing all sort of 'NEGATIVITIES' against Nigerians, (AFTER STEALING THEIR MONEY AND PROPERTIES WITH THEIR "EVIL BUSIA ACO" AND VIOLENTLY DEPORTED THEM BACK TO NIGERIA). What is their PROBLEMS?

They are less than the population in Ablekuma in the Greater Accra region. And Upper West region? Regions are administrative enclaves. If Nana Addo only won 2 regions and secured 47% of the vote then the two regions matter politically for every president because that is where most of his fellow citizens live. EWEs your land is not fertile and has no mineral resources. Just check the salt flats from Sogakofe to Angloga/Keta/Denu and Peki to Hohoe. Unless you plan to reverse your forbearers vote in the 1950s UN plebiscite and join greater Togoland, then your best hope is Ghana or diaspora from EWE lands.

For you my Northern Brothers/Sisters unless you want to join greater Moshi land your tribal and linguistic fragmentation is a limitation for regional cohesion. That is why there has been no major development in that apart of territorial Ghana. Are you Sisala, Dagomba/Nanumba, Kokomba or Kyrepone? Or What? Norherners? The Krepone has a linguistic connection in the south and are close to Akans so the can separate and join the south.

The good thing is the Government school in Tamale brought people from different tribes to study together and created some cohesive northern connectedness. But the leaders all ran south to join the Ghana project which is a good thing because the alternative would be a fragmented region of different people. You people should look at the alternative of the Ghana project versus the kokomba and Nanumba/Dagomba situation. Bawku is a nice example.

For you hot heads how may Akans live in EWE land or the Northern regions?

For my Ga brothers and sisters I am sorry but in the next 50 years their tribe will no more absorbed. Sure Ga will be spoken but the true Gas will be holed in small enclaves like stinking and decayed Akoto Lante, Osu Kenkawe, La and Teshi Nungua but the true Gas will be a small tribe by numbers. Why? Due to greed, selfishness, lack of vision they have sold their lands to all comers and wasted the money on Kenkey and fried fish (shonyee) and drink! Now their children have no place to sleep and have to rent from the people their forebears sold their birth rights to. No wonder Nii Lante cannot stand the Akan traders in his constituency. I have news for him. Soon he and his folks will be a minority in ododobiodoi. This is a tribe education touched first from the white man yet they are more interested in sycophancy and naming of public monuments instead of establishing a system of land tenure and management whereby Ga lands can accrue rents and value for future generations. My hats off to La Dadekotopon for their Land Trust

May Allah be praised! I am beginning to like this strong man called Nana Akufo Addo for his consistency. Since day one he maintained that the battle is the Lord's. The good thing is that he is doing what both the Quran and Bible say. Both holy books say that do your best, fight on while trusting Allah. And this is exactly what Nana Addo has done. He has kept faith with Allah, he has worked closely with his legal team, he has kept faith with the courts and always maintained that the he as a lawyer trust the courts. Above all, I have been monitoring him eversince the petitioners went to court and for the first time I WANT TO BOLDLY SAY NANA HAS WON MY RESPECT AND TRUST. My political affiliation naturally would not permit me to say that Nana should be made the president because of the how some of us have toiled for our party but I WISH NANA ADDO WELL!

We're aware of all the so called prayers, mallams, bringing in a judge from Nigeria, late night calls and consultations with pro-NPP judges on the case, etc. Is it the end of the world for them? How will Nana Addo feel if Mahama is removed from power for him to step in? Does he want to do that gleefully and will he actually do that? Is there a level-headed person in the NPP who will preach "moving on" rather than this extremely costly court case which will further divide our country?? yes, you went to court, ruffled a hornet's nest and got all the wasps out and stinging everyone, but to what purpose? to promote/strengthen/entrench democracy or for your own selfish end and posturing of a "divine right to rule"??
