Rawlings refused to make peace with Atta Mills when he visited Uncle Atta at the Osu Castle. Indeed he was the last person to call on Uncle Atta at the Castle when he vehemently refused to make peace with Uncle Att Mills for whatever reasons.God only know what happened there!!!!!!!!
Rawlings' wife, Konadu Agyeman promised the nation to make sure that Atta Mills was a ONE-TERM-PRESIDENT. Indeed that prayer of Konadu was answered by the "gods of ashanti-ewe???" and it happened that Atta Mills was less than one-term-president.
Ghana is a sad place with Rawlings and his family still around. The International Court of Justice needs to deal with Rawlings.He must not be free to walk on the streets of Ghana, let alone live at Ridge. His family must be questioned for (AFRC) atrocities. It is not over till it is over for those 3 judges who were murdered using Konadu Agyeman Rawling's car.

Somehow, I used to respect the former President for his genteel leadership and supposedly, incorruptible nature. But for him to think he has answer to everything and all things be done his way is absolute nonsense. Why oh why should he be given any chance to ridicule the family of a man he claimed he loved and nurtured when every Ghanaian near and afar knew what he put him through. If most men and women who remained committed to the principles of his sarcastic rulership, had treated him the way he treated President Mills, they will have been disposed off this earth one way or the other. Even more, our culture forbids any man to pour scorn on the dead or his life. So one thing somebody more authoritative than we are should do is to be bold enough to shut him up and tell him that the anniversary was not about him or other personalities, but a celebration to remember the life of President Mills. Fortunately, the matter of choosing who to do what rested with State protocol because of who he was. Can anyone imagine an outsider impressing upon a dead man's family about their choice, plan or how they bury their dead? If most loving Ghanaians were to have their way, Mr Rawlings would not have even been invited to the funeral of a man he only found the time and need to vilify when majority of Ghanaians loved him.
