  Why buy these funds when you can get better returns from 1-year and 3-year treasury bills? You can even control your duration and make more money by focusing on only 1-year notes. These are backed by the government and are virtually risk-free, unless another PNDC regimes decides to seize your money.

  Note that one year treasury notes ate yielding about 22%, so why invest in a fund that returns only 16% before paying fees/commissions?
