I expect that at the end of the day if it is only one pink sheet that was accepted the malpractices, the errors, the thievry that the petitioners are claiming on the pink sheet it is true or not, l don't hear respondents defending that aspect of it. In a way the respondents have accepted there were problems be it malpractices, errors, etc. It appears the respondents want to rely on technicality that you said this number but now you are saying that number so the case should be thrown out, they are clearly running away from the facts on the pink sheets. but the Judges will not run away from the facts on the pink sheets.

Head of Corporate Communications at the Volta River Authority (VRA), Samuel Kwesi Fletcher, has debunked allegations by the Minority in Parliament that government owes VRA over US$400 million.
“I’m telling you, and you can quote me anywhere, the records are there to show, I can print the financial statement for you to see government does not owe VRA,” Fletcher stated Monday on Adom FM/Asempa FM’s “Burning Issues” Program.
The Minority Spokesperson on Energy, Hon. K.T. Hammond told journalists on Tuesday, government owes VRA up to US$400 million.
In any serious country, K T Hammond would have resigned but not in Ghana. A whole shadow minister for energy does not know that the government owes VRA not a kobo and yet he is still sitting pretty in his position. With opposition like this NDC will continue to win elections in Ghana
