I believe that Tsatsu was jailed by an NPP panel of judges, appointed by K4!!! NDC lost all court cases in the NPP era because of appointed NPP sympathetic judges by K4 and co. I am actually disappointed that this circus has gone on for so long. The NPP would have never allowed this and in fact, they didn’t-when K4 rigged the elections in 2004. Does anyone know what happened to the NDC case against NPP???!!! Exactly!!!

Tsastu therefore used the opportunity which he had prior knowledge of it and the petitioners did not as we can hear Addison profusely sweating in court over it.

What about the 'strange pink sheet' he deliberately tried to sneak into the court record?
All told, he Addison, should be grateful to the panel for being allowed to get away with all unethical
behaviours he displayed in open court!

my displeasure with certain communication members of the NDC legal team is that, rather than granting radio interviews to the effect that the reason for the delay in the filing was purely clerical, and not for any "strategic" considerations, loud-mouthed Amaliba should have been liaising better with his colleague Adawuga who was present at the court registry,and could have formally asked for the 14-hr grace period!

I bet that's what Tsatus was hoping for so that he has an excuse. It's very clear Mahama will lose this case. I say Tsatsu's plot was to have the SC reject his address so he could use it to incite NDC supporters for the simple reason that Tsatsu's address and Mahama's address for the most part will be identical so the strategic decision will be to submit one and use the other for a fallback excuse. More like chess here. Hence I am convinced the SC admitted Tsatsu's address to forestall any excuse In the event of the inevitable judgement against RLG Mahama

This very failed stratergy was a repeation of the numerous attempts to make the case look bad. One was charley-wate wearing fooled soldiers of NDC, led by stupid Annan who wanted to thuart the court proceedings by joining in the case. Then came the Benoni Amekudzi, aka the mad lawyer, hired by Mahama, who displayed a high level of mentanl crookedness. All these never worked. In this day of technological advancement, simply stippling of printed document could not be done but Mahama was wise enough to try to send corrupted pastors to Isreal. Nana will and will send Mahama back to Bole Bamboi to mate with his numerous girlfriends there. Dog in chamelion skin.

He is the one who days before Addison closed his cross-examination was saying they are almost finished with their address and need no more information! Now after two weeks he could not even know which appendix goes where, only to wait and comb through the petitioners brief to be able to know where to put what?? Interesting indeed.

The law is the law and order is order, if NDC failed and missed the chance to file their address, the court should have been fair in not accepting the filing a day after after they had gotten the copies of what NPP address to help them to put finishing touches to their address. The court was not fair and some of these issues can spark trouble for Ghana. The police cannot intimidate the people in their show of force in inuagurating special forces just to brutalize the people when trouble sparks up, because the police cannot control the mass of the people should thy result to that. It has happened in Egypt, Libya, Tunisia and many countries and it can happen here.

If we didn't know before, it has now been made clear that the lawlessness in the nation is not to be blamed on the ordinary citizens but rather, on our leaders. Until recently, Tsatsu Tsikata had been referred or tagged to as a law luminary. And here, what do we see? A man who cannot meet deadlines and also has no respect for the highest court of the land. In business world, failing to meet dealines will NOT earn a person a promotion; it would rather lead to demotion or loss of job. On their part, the supreme court has allowed this to happen. It has allowed an ex-convict to disrespect its orders.

Now, can we expect our children or subordinates to obey rules/laws? Can we expect our children to turn in their school assignment on time? and if they don't, should teachers have a right to discipline them? Are we not being hypocrites if we do or expect the above?

The entire world has now witnessed the most essential IRREGULARITY in this 2012 Election Petition. To allow Tsatsu Tsikata to submit his NDC address is very irregular.
All parties were given the same instructions by the Supreme Court to submit their addresses on 30th May 2013. Everybody but Tsikata refused to abide by the law.
Is Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata or the NDC above the laws set up by this Supreme Court?
Is the Supreme Court already making an indirect judgement in the election petition case before it?
I do sincerely believe that Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata should never have been allowed to submit his address after he had failed to abide by the laws set up by the Supreme Court. Are all animals equal but some more equal than others according to the Supreme cOurt?
The whole world is watching you, Mr. Atuguba and your team at the Supreme Court.
Any war that may errupt from Ghana based on your (Supreme Court) negligence will be totally borne by you.
In the interest of peace, please eercise eactly what the lwas suggest, and not what your emotions dictate to you.
