Such matters are to be left for Parliament to legislate upon. We cannot have the CONSTITUTION mandating parental leave. What if in the future the men become pregnant and need two weeks paid leave?

I humbly propose the extension of our constitutional right to cover injuries sustain by victims of motor accidents when motorists are compelled by the same constitution to carry the motorists legal documents.It is not fair and a breach on the constitution that motorist purchase this document but derive no henefit from it.Providers must be made to fulfil their obligations just as the motorists are compelled to.The law is there and must be enforced equally by the ministry of interior and the likes

The Northern Region Should Pay School fees.It does not make Sense now for the Southern part of the Country to pay Sch fees while the North enjoys free education.
It's interesting to note that,all of Ghana's mineral resources(Bauxite,Manganese,Diamond,Gold,etc and Cocoa is from the South.
The removal of the Indemnity Clause,etc etc
Those are the Sort of Changes Ghana needed in her Constitution.And not paternity leave for men.
