This is how I understood him, let's say NPP were to get the Presidency of Ghana and Nana was to rule, he will find it difficult to get most of his policiess or plans approved i paliament because NDC will be the the biggest party in the house and will do anything to make it difficult for Nana and the NPP to pass any bill or approve and policies and plans when the house have to vote on it. So you see, Moyo could have expanded on his second point but thaat does not mean he needs FREE Education to make a point. Juxtapose it and it's like what you described of NAD being president (NPP) and Senate being dominated by NDC. Has the fact that Republicans dominate Senate (Parliament) made it DIFFICULT or IMPOSSIBLE for Obama to rule? If parliamentarians have "Common Sense" and are there to seek the welfare of the people they represent they'll support viable policies that seek to better the lives of its people. The behaviour of Afari Gyan from start to finish seems to suggest that he does not care about the outcome of the case. His utterances since polls closed on 8th December show that he is a callous man who would not blink an eye if civil war broke out tomorrow or the next day.
I blame timid Atuguba for failing to force Afari Gyan to file copies of all the original documents in his possession, whether or nor he would use them in hi evidence in chief, even before the case proper started. Any sensible judge would have done just that, and most of the legal wranglings of the past three months would have been unnecessary.
If it is true that the EC's address is on just 15 pages of probably A4 sheets, this must be an affront to the SC and the nation in general, and Atuguba should ask the EC to go back and resubmit another address. It is total disgrace that after 46 days of court proceedings, 15 pages is all the EC could submit as summary of the whole case. The Ec and counsel must be prosecuted for wasting national resources unnecessarily. We all live to see what Atuguba and co will make of this insult.
