Tsatsu's courtroom performance during this case was very poor; to cover up for his abysmal performance he resorted to intimidation, unnecessary delays and plain lies. Tsatsu has always been an Ewe crook. If one may recall, it was Tsatsu who secretly inserted the Indemnity clauses into the 1992 Constitution after the Constitutional Committee had finished its work and had submitted its final report. Therefore, what he did on Wednesday at the SC is nothing new. He was really subdued at SC that day. His lies were not convincing and its a SHAME for somebody who is wrongly described as a 'legal luminary'. He rightly deserve to be called the "LEGAL CROOK". Even he stole his present wife from her legal husband.

Prayerfully the NPP stuffed Supreme Court judges will be guided by common sense and wisdom to find the petitioners case a foolish one. All they need to do is to consult with what all the International observers and some of NPP's own stalwarts said when the winner was declared.

You do not want to win the case simply because Tsatsu's address was rejected. The judges knew that that would not go down well which was why they did not have a choice but to accept and rebuke Tsatsu. This happens all the time so people should not jump criticize it so much. Addison should have shown his true professionalism by supporting Tsatsu's case. He would have scored some points from the general public.

As a barrister he has sworn to uphold the laws and constitution of the country and to uphold the authority of the Courts. How can he do this when he has been convicted of a criminal offense. No wonder he sees no problem in disrespecting the SC and it's judges by filing late.

Has he completed tax returns recently declaring the assets held in off shore trusts and companies registered in the British Virgin Islands(West Indies.

For all that matters, I would risk the scolding by the Judges rather than rush in poorly prepared address to lose the case on, if I were in Tsikata's shoes.

The Supreme Court by their inaction here, demonstrates that their judgment of this case could be questionable.
I may be alone in my assessment so far of the Supreme Court this far, but we can all wait and see.
