  My brother, you're just wasting your time, those visionless leaders are not taken your advice because they lack knowledge to implement them, all they know is NDC,NPP,CPP and so on.

  I think we should have more of such programmes so we can have these experienced people like the Professor and the CEO to share their rich ideas with us. I hope our leaders will learn something from them.

  Mr Amoabeng thank you we need to creat a system that will best help Ghanaians reach the pinnacle of sustainable growth and development. Hear in the USA when a new president comes into office he doesnt give the senators new cars. we need to put a stop to that and channel those money into educating and sponsoring business, creating jobs that will help Ghanaians. You have a great point.

  Africa including Ghana thrives on chaos. It is hard to steal from efficiently functioning systems. So if you want to steal, you deliberately create chaos.
  
  Take as an example a car that is in top shape, well oiled and lubricated ;full of gas, proper tyre pressure travelling at high speed on a top road and driven by a well-trained first class driver. Can you steal from such a car? Let the same car burst a tyre and pack it on the side of the road and let's see if the car survives one night.
  
  Ghanaians will intentionally burst the nation's tyres just so they can steal from it.
