  You made us aware during the early stage that Afari Gyan pudded the votes of Mahama by deducting Nana Addo's. And also said some Chinese people are intercepting the results and changing figures. Not what you presented as evidence in court is far different. You are simply capitalising on Dr. Gyan's admin errors to come to power. Pls I am disappointed in NPP. Could Kuffour not advice them ? Is there no brave person in NPP Executives. I am really sad.

  So sad. It is clear that the NPP knowing that they would lose the elections, particularly seeing the sympathy & love for NDC after the death of Mills, coached some members on things to do that would give the NPP a stand to accuse the EC of fraud and irregularities. They pushed such trained members (thugs) to apply as presiding officers so that they could carry out what they had been trained to do.
  The NPP clearly taught these presiding officers how to wrongly fill the pink sheets and not to sign them, particularly in NDC strongholds, so that the "errors" & non-signing could be used as a case against the EC. NPP planned this court case long ahead of the elections and coached their members on what to do.
  The NPP so called "legal brains" exploited the loopholes in the electoral laws and system to coach their members on things to do to invalidate the elections. After the elections, the NPP just called the coached presiding officers to furnish them with what they had executed. That formed the basis of their petition. Now we know.

If the results are in agreement then technicalities should not be sufficient to overturn/annul the elections. So far the petitioners are dwelling on technical points. Good but not good enough.
  Bottom line every vote should count unless there is strong ground to believe that a vote was fraudulent.

  It surprises the NPP lawyers are making this argument. If they were duplicates serial or quadruplicates serial numbers even that one Afari Gyan proved that it was not true. How can you say your carbon copy is not the same as the original because of some marks on it hence the original is not the right one. You have a carbon copy someone has the original and you are saying your own should be seen as authentic. Who will believe you. If NPP thinks the same serial number affected the results, They should prove that pink sheet from say Bantama LA which has the same serial number as the one in Konongo Mines School were affected Akuffo Addo Results or Mahama Results or they should tell us that those pink sheets results were only one but counted twice. In addition they can also prove to us that the pink sheets were more than 26,002 polling stations becasue of the same serial number and they even don't know those pink sheets were used in those polling stations. But same serial number and you accept the results from those polling stations were genuine and your agents were there and the results were collated and your collation officers signed. What is your beef? The court is about what happened and not probability that because the pink sheets had the same serial number the results were compromised.Show us how you were disadvantaged with same serial number. In any case it is the polling station code and polling station name that is used the identify a polling station not serial number on different pink sheets from different places which results are genuine what an infantile analysis.

  His submission of exhibits with different handwriting and figures on the same pink sheets that the petitiners had submitted simply gave the game away. The man must go to jail. He and his descendants after him will live with the shame of this fraud for ever!

  Petitioners did not prove in a single instance where the duplicate serial numbers denied them of their legitimate votes even when they had all the copies of pink sheets. Must elections be reduced to a mere academic exercise? Prove how you were cheated with duplicates since yoiu said someone could substitute the genenuine with a fake. After all you were able to get some unfilled pink sheets which are supposed to be a confidential EC document. No amount of security can be put in place when you have some criminals working in almost every office in Ghana especially our brothers from the other side. NPP could as well have filled those sheets and present as genuine.
