Not just illitracy, because uncontrolled insults come from the litrates as well. I doubt the operators have any vision of making the platform a source for accessing issues and answers affecting everyday life of the Ghanaian and the world at large as far as the cheques come fatty. Why this 'joker' add-on? Because you operators have seen that most of the platform users have nothing to contribute here than trade jokes with insults. I introduced a friend in UK to this platform and the comment he made after few days was 'what attracted you to that website apart from nothing?'
My point is, let's censor out the tribal chaffs, hatred, agression, insults, etcetera and concentrate on issues of concern to Ghana and her position worldwide.

We want to have a decent, mature forum for serious debate and discussion, not people posting profanities nilly-willy without being blocked. For your information, Twitter is being challenged at the moment for failing to rein in people using the social media platform to threaten others including 'rape'.

There is currently a "PETER JEFFREY" AND OTHERS LIKE HIM WHO KEEP POSTING OFFENSIVE PROFANITIES. Can Ghanaweb please deal with these? You cheapen the forum and will lose serious minded people if things continue this way.
