Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo

He graduated from the University of Ghana in 1967 with a B.Sc in Economics. Nana trained as a lawyer in England and was called to the English Bar (Middle Temple) in 1971 and the Ghanaian Bar in 1975.

Under President Kufuor, Nana served as the Attorney-General and Minister for Foreign Affairs. He was the flagbearer of the party in the 2008 elections and was again elected in 2010 to be the flagbearer of the party in the upcoming 2012 elections.

I understand that the EC has submitted to the Supreme Court a 15-page address.A 15-page address is even too long.The EC is to defend the following allegations:(a)Unsigned Pink Sheets by some Presiding Officers;(b)Duplicate serial numbers on some pink sheets; (c)Over-voting and(d)No verification by some voters.
All these allegations are based on 'ON THE FACE OF THE PINK SHEETS'.With these frivolous allegations, what do you expect the EC to defend.The EC has even written to much.If it were me, I would only provide three (3) lines for each allegation.In fact I would only quote Articles 42 & 49 as my authority and go to sleep.For example article 49 states among other things 49(3)The Presiding Officer, the candidates or their representatives and in the case of a referendum, the parties contesting or their agents and the polling station agents if any, shall then sign a declaration stating (a) the polling station, and (b) the number of votes cast in favour of each candidate or question'.
From what I have just quoted,is the signing of the Pink Sheets restricted only to the Presiding Officer? Should the votes be nullified only because the Presiding Officer forgot to sign where all the party agents had signed attesting to the veracity of (a)the polling station and (b) the number of votes cast in favour of each candidate including Nana Akufo Addo.Has section 49 mentioned anything about the ballot reconciliation section on the first part of the pink sheet where errors occurred and the NPP is pinning their hopes on?.Is the number of votes cast in favour of each candidate recorded at the ballot accounting section? A bunch of frustrated individuals who are bent on damaging the reputation of the Republic of Ghana at all cost in the eyes of the world that thinks favourably of this beautiful country of ours.

They have no solutions because they are too feeble minded and reality deep down they know its only by theft , trickery , election engineering /rigging , ideological lies and camouflage that they are there now and know it can not last . The national security is going round spreading the word they have the supreme court under control and have ensured the petition will not succeed , i guess they are able to blackmail the judges after all so there will be no justice . It over voting thats is the problem not whether pink sheets has been sign or not. How many people did the biometric machine recorded voted, compare that to what the EC said the total votes were. If all the people did vote using only the biometric machine how come the reported number of voters are more than that of the biometric records.
Mornah is miss using one of the best name and family of the Mornah family.
You cant just read one line in the law book and think you right.

A returning office has the duty to sign the sheet at the close of the pools to authencitate them. One could as well have taken the stocked sheets from the office shelves/drawers and present them to be accepted without signatures. What about that Mr. Mornah? Just like this William Atuguba, the president of the Supreme court panel. He seemed to forget that all the Lawyers argueing at the supreme court have no case at the supreme court. THEY ARE ALL REPRESENTING THEIR CLIENTS. If he is of the opinion that the wrongdoing of a lawyer should not be visited on the the clients, WHY DID HE INSTRUCTED A DEADLINE FOR THE PRESENTATION OF THE ADRESSES in the first place? To me this instruction of the submission was made for the Lawyers and not their clients! INCREDIBLY PREJUDICED. Just listen to Mr Tsikata giving and incredible excuse and thereby insulting a learned and well-behaved Addison in front of a panel of judges and because MAYBE Tsikata is the mentor to Atuguba he could go free and abuse the regulations laid down by the court. I bet the other judges would have decided differently if they were allowed! GOD SAVE GHANA!
