  Great point ; "professional" health practitioners would probably not be interested in what is really needed for Ghanaians,which is preventitive health care. This would include better nutrition, better exercise regimens and stress avoidance. True healthcare would keep the people out of the hands of these so-called professionals who depend on a sick population for their income.
