Short Biography:
Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo

He graduated from the University of Ghana in 1967 with a B.Sc in Economics. Nana trained as a lawyer in England and was called to the English Bar (Middle Temple) in 1971 and the Ghanaian Bar in 1975.

Under President Kufuor, Nana served as the Attorney-General and Minister for Foreign Affairs. He was the flagbearer of the party in the 2008 elections and was again elected in 2010 to be the flagbearer of the party in the upcoming 2012 elections.

Now gov't wants to blame SSSS for the huge increase in the wage bill, but I tell you, if they removed it today, we would still see steep wage bill increase from cases where gov't increased pay from all the "executives"

So negotiating with 1 partner only about all the salaries saves lots of time energy and eventually cost. The problem is that we started with salaries for lower classes of public services who were to high, thus raising the total amount of salaries to pay.

Where in the world will you find Single Spine Pay Policy? Wages depend on Supply and Demand not even in China. Lazy workers benefit while the hard workers loose out because there is no incentive.
