That attempt by you, which was rejected by the court, alone indicates that the election was not free and fair, so just allow the Supreme Court to pronounce judgement on the overwhelming evidence before it.

I strongly disagree with you. Because if it was faulty then NPP should have gone to court for re-election or at least recount but not being selective. If an election was faulty all around, you don't pick and choose to make court asked why these things only happened in the other party's strong holds not knowing the same alleged irregularities happened almost all around. They did that to deceive the court to think that they intentionally occurred to help the other party's candidate to win the election. That petition was filed in "Bad Faith". This has nothing to do with NDC or NPP but has everything to do with Ghana itself.

The refusal to use Teachers as returning officers was a planned thing between the NDC government and EC so they could hire people who would right such numbers as 'seventy two zero' for Mahama.

Twenty-seven zero WAS NOT originally recorded in one box. Out of the 210 votes, JDM - 27, Henry Lartey - 0; Nana Addo - 164, Sakara - 19. The pink-sheet tendered got two results (remember JDM had 27 (twenty-seven); Henry Lartey got 0 (zero)) "shown" in one box - clearly due to a skew in copy.
Addison intentionally used this trick to add to the "irregularities" and was equally quick to object to Dr. Afari Gyan's clarification the next day after he had checked against the original.
How else do you explain how that pink sheet had 16419 for Nana Addo?
Addison clearly knew the truth, and dishonest as it may be, such are some of the ploys used by lawyers sometimes - just to win their case; and it seems Addison succeeded since some people gullibly took in that "lie".

From day one, there has been pink sheets confusion presented by the petitioners and at one stage petitioners relied on serial numbers on the face of the pink sheets.How is that feasible when those serial numbers were generated automatically by the machine that printed them?

Npp has nothing to complain at all. Npp will suffer for wasting the president's and every-bodies time.

Those naked lies of facts presented as if all Ghanaians were illiterates is disgusting-reason for which this party must be shown the red card. The party needs nothing but restructuring for a national appeal. ii) Even after KPMG counted 8675 pink sheets, the petitioners were able to identify over 900 of the 1255 pink sheets that KPMG claimed they could not identify.

iii) Justice Baffoe-Bonnie managed to confirm the petitioners’ numbers with a simple calculator in less than thirty minutes.

iv) One of the lady judges said the KPMG report was auxiliary to the court’s requirements and that the court could find out for itself.

v) A lady judge (same one?) clearly told Addison in open court, “if they do not have the right numbers, it is for them to get them from the registrar, if they are not interested, that is their business.”

If 28 out of Tsatsu’s 69 page address are based on the KPMG report, it shows that he knew from the start that his clients had a bad case. He took their money and tried to use crude language and primary school playground bullying to try and get his way until Addison referred him to his criminal past. Tsatsu’s clients are in real bad shape!

They are also saying when the ballots are more than the people who voted, as long as it's less than registered voters, it's not over voting. Hopefully the judges will not be as tiwee as that.
