What the government should be focusing on are good dual carriages as a standard practice from now on, and whilst constructing these roads, to undertake underground drainage systems in a systematic, long term manner to seduce availability of water bodies for mosquitoes and thereby reduce malaria at the same time.

I will continue to call for this as a major medium and to long term solution to road congestion, reduction of road accidents and tackling malaria from an environmental point of view.
