  The oil is ours, yet foreign companies are negotiating over our heads as to how the oil is to be exploited. Inevitably the profits from the oil will largely go to these same foreign companies, leaving us with a pittance.

  Mr President you have dont been fair to Ghanaians at all.If you are a genenuine man as you want every body to believed why did n't you use part of the loan from China to buy the second FPSO for our nation to be the sole owner of this new found feilds?So what is use of our ghanaian oil enginers if you will allow this MODEC to produce and operate again?can this second FPSO have what it takes to measure the production?

  I hate to hear that Tullow and partners.meaning Ghana Govt is a Useless entity AS FAR AS THIS DEAL IS CONCERNED.Do you think our resourse is less important?It is shameful knowing very well that the investor's money cannot make resorces yet our leaders gives them a higher stake in the business.
  The first Tullow deal was bogus and fraudulent and Mr President you cannot continue.Our oil can give us better pay,good education,better health care and better housing.
  The MODEC should be working together with our enginers,they cannot be forever operators no.Mr President invite our exipects to come down,pay them well and let them do the job.we have what it takes.WE as a nation can raise that cheap money to buy the FPSO It will be suicidal to denie the nation this opputurnity.
