You obviously did not watch the proceedings live. You should have seen the faces of the other side.
Even Addison in the end wasn't talking about irregularities but threatening civil commotion if ELECTORAL FRAUD and CRIMINALITY is not addressed by the Court, when as a matter of fact he did not plead those transgressions. How hopeless can you get as an advocate?

Two basic questions the Justices will ask themselves. 1) Was such irregularities out of malice, planned, intentional? If the answer is yes then the next question is was the irregularities so grave as to have affected the results? If yes then definitely the Justices may rule for the Petitioners. Both questions should have a Yes answer for Nana Addo to gain anything from this case otherwise the respondents win.

That is the presentation you see from the respondents. Voter’s right will rule when the Petitioners have not proven any malice; planned rigging or intentional errors. Having voters pay for the unplanned/unintentional errors, non-malicious errors of the EC, election officials and agents is what the Justices may not do. That is what the respondents are addressing.

At the conclusion it was very difficult to see where malice, planning/intentional errors or rigging have been proven. I believe that is where Nana Addo may have problem winning the case, I may be wrong.

The lawyers for the respondents have been smart to abandon fighting the irregularities and arguing for voter’s right knowing that it has been difficult for the Petitioners to prove any malice, planning and rigging.

No stable and solid evidence for the Supreme Court. The petitioners amended, substituted and altered their figurs as they went along.

Dr Bawumia was demolished as an unreliable and untruthful witness. You and I were not there ,came to bite him back as he was shown not to have first hand knowledge.

The petioner selected 24,000 polling stations out of a total of 26,000 and want a declaration of a President based on a selected sample. How dubious can one get?

The petitioners want 5 million votes annulled based on their flawed and spurious definition of valid votes.

Need I go on? The so called evidence did not meet any legal or credible criteria. There was no football to kick.

If that had not happened there would have been an almighty riot at any such polling station. The Dome Kwabenya collating centre where the number of votes was 80 is the only case in point. Those valid votes, 4 million of them cast in all honesty, cannot be renderted null and voil because of duplicated serial numbers and missing signatures. Only for Akuffo Addo to be declared President. And Addison just could not deliver the eloquent convincing and legal case. There was nothing in the lizard's belly.

Some voters may vote just for the Presidential and not the Parliamentarian and vice versa. The permutations vary but Addison claimed that the NPP/Akuffo Addo vote differential was just 16 but the NDC/Mahama vote differential was 40,000. So what?

Did you actually follow the court case in court or hearsay. The SC couldn't not answer his own questions. NDC are all evil always saying things that will favour them. This case does not often happen but when it does, truth has to come out. Why should court bother to sit on this case if they know the present president cannot not be thrown out as people are saying. Are the judges wasting Ghana's money and later come out that the sitting government cannot be thrown out? The truth that we want. The NDC insults more than the NPP. But the wizard called Tsatsu had prepared a potion of poison for them. Like or hate him , he captivated all, including his enemies and opponents with his succint, masterful address. Indeed from Addison's body language, it became clear that the 30 minutes that had been alloted to him was now a burden as he was rambling senselessly along and confusing himself and other members of his legal team. I've never seen as many dejected faces in any courtroom as today with the likes of Gabby, Ocquaye Jnr, Sir Jojn etc who prior to today had held their evidence and legal team out as unimpeachable and unbeatable drop their heads at the sloppy performance of Addison and preferred rather to fidget with their phones than endure any further agony. THEN WHY DID TSATSU AND THE NDC JOIN THE SUIT AND WHY WOULD TONY LITHUR NOT FILE A RESPONSE TOGETHER WITH HIM SINCE THE PRESENTED THE SAME WITNESS!
