Has he forgotten that because you and I were not there, that is the more reason why proper records of transpired should be kept so that any Tom Dick and Harry can read the 'Pink Sheets' and know exactly what transpired at the various polling stations. Ghanaians cannot afford to take anything the Electoral Commission tells us like as if we are dummies. This is the more reason why we have to rely on the records on the Pink Sheets to give us exactly a clear picture.

What were your trained and paid Party Agents doing on that faithful day? Did you train them not to report irregularity? If you did not then know that they saw none. But if you did then what informed your decision not to train them to report irregularities. Court cases are won based on evidence and Luthur is just affirming that so what is your point?

So if the agents did not raise any issues of irregularities, then by law it means everything went on well. So it was based on this faith that Afari Djan declared the result. This is what pertains in elections all over the world.

Unfortunately, the NDC are so dumb they never realized writing 27 0 (twenty seven - zero) would raise huge red flags. A former NDC General Secretary the late Vincent Asisseh once said the NDC is jut an election winning (stealing?) machine and not a political party
