Why should the President attend court when he was fully represented by his legal counsels? He had other national assignments to attend to. His presence in court would not have added any value to the case. On the contrary, he could have been accused of attempting to influence the case or even to intimidate the Justices. I wonder what NPP would have said if President Mahama had attended the hearing even for a brief period.

Which serving President had attended court hearing apart from when under a court order? President Mahama's no show in court was not disrespect to the court.

They are always thinking of evil things against the president and the Ndc. Dr Bawumia even said in his evidence that he the president personally did nothing wrong but the elecroral commission, so if he ( president) says truth is in his face there is nothing wrong with it. Every bit of Buabeng Asamoah's accusation is stupid, because The president did not say the truth is in Electoral Commission's face. So this is wrong accusation by Buabneng Asamoah.

Secondly has he forgotten they NPP said he stole the election but Dr Bawumia said in court that he the president did nothing wrong? finally has Asamoah Buabeng forgotten that the president delegated Asiedu Nketiah to represent him in court? , they are rather in court and raising temperature of tensions in the country. Foreigners are now afraid to invest in the country. It will be interesting to see the names of the justices who vote against the status quo. Such justices will be encouraging instability in Ghana. We will wait to hear those names. From the addresses of the counsels,it is now abundantly clear that the petitioners had no case at all. They are just a bunch of rabble rousers, wanting to destabilise the government so that they come back again and continue their stealing again!
