  Please don't restrict any procurement to local companies only ! That will breed corruption and discrimination. It will be wrong to discriminate. Projects in a particular discrict will use local labour so there is no need to put in constraints regarding procurement.

  I know how Ghanaians would grab the opportunity if our education system is design and strategise to make people become analytic,innovative and productive. our natural Resources left is to be put in effective and well used to benefit us,we have been slave to the rest of the World for soo long,they have exploited our Resources for soo long let us make things and sell to the rest of the World and stop been a nation of just consumers.We have been laughed,discriminate,racist and killed because other race things we as black race can't design and build anything on our own,we kind of handicaped,the benefits are enorm,its psycological,wealth Creation,employment,respect in this ever changing global village and curb racisim,yes racism because nobody takes handicaps serious unless they are productive and helps makes his or her surroundings better.
