No matter what the ndc and their agent provocateurs say the fact remains the country can never move forward if the majority are marginalized and excluded from truly being represented as is the the case today. after killing mills these criminals have used ideology , propaganda , election trickery and engineering leading up to rigging of the vote with the help of the heavily politicized national security . anyone who dares cry foul is persecuted by the police and lately the judiciary . we now have a govt lopsided in favor of minorities such as the ayigbe and muslim northerners , this act alone proves none of them ever believed in ghana talk less of equal opportunity for all citizens irrespective of their background. we have no choice but to recognize these facts and do what is necessary to stop the process of colonization by these misfits . the divisions among us are so great its now evident to all its only a matter when this will lead to conflict and war. they think because they control the judiciary , nation security and other institutions of oppression that they are safe but i will remind them that's what the communists in Romania , Saddam in Iraq , Gaddafi in Libya and even the British imperialists thought. the Lord is on our side and we shall soon have our freedom . the economy is going backwards , even their own people dont believe in prosperity so are hurriedly pillaging the coffers , corruption of such magnitude that they dont even bother investigating or trying to rectify these crimes in short a mess which is skydiving into a disastrous catastrophe just as Sodom and Gomorrah were until fire erased them . pepeni at the drop of a hat runs to the most ridiculous of meetings just so he may not be caught in the country when things explode . they persecute the npp but dont realise its a different kind of leader that is born in times of war and those leaders a waiting patiently for the clarion call , long live the republic of Akan . to all those who wish and pray for the de Akanization of Ghana i say may you all be burned alive

This Atubiga guy has not learnt any lesson from his stay in the United States nor from his recent incarceration by the SC. He was reported just a couple of days ago claiming that people are stocking up on food and withdrawing money from the bank in anticipation of the SC ruling. What he did with such reckless statement was to cause panic in the country. Now he is warning that he will sue the SC for jailing him if others are not jailed. Who told him that he could sue the SC or a court? At worst, he could ask for a review of the SC decision to jail him for court of contempt. He sounds educated but he is one of those educated fools. Sorry, I do not use abusive language on this forum but he needs to be told what he is.

I cannot understand why this person continues to be a member of the Communication Team of NDC. He should be sacked as a member of the team and the media should not give him any platform to air his misguided and dangerous views.

His assertion that people were "stocking up" was grossly irresponsible and should have invokved an immediate reaction from the government and he should have at least been reprimanded and be made to apologise. Did he conduct a poll to know that people were doing that? Creating panick in the nation is a serious as those threatening violence in my opinion.

He seems to me one of those who claim to have degrees but lack commonsense and work for parties just because they can write and talk 'rubbish' about others. I do not think our country and government should be run by people like that and would also support him being sacked and replaced as a mark of discipline by the government.

But yes, Atubiga should know that he does not control the courts and passing a sentence in one case does not necessarily demand the same sentence in a case similar to the former. He is not even the one who summoned the two for contempt. SC could have ignored the comments of the two. What would he have done then? Would he have sued the SC or burnt the sea? He should also call for Prez. Mahama to be cited for contempt or sue the SC.

I have read at least two articles which imply some Supreme court judges have had secret meetings with some NDC executives. This to me is by far the most serious of all the sins committed against the SC judges if it's not true. The judges should promptly invite the writers to justify their comments to ensure there is peace and trust in the verdict when it comes and it's gone a certain way. A childish statement ( if true) in the opinion of the judges warrants Sir John being summoned before the courts. Whether a Judge looks like a voodoo deity or not is not something tax payers money should be wasted on. However, secretly meeting with one side of this petition seems to be suggesting the judges involved are corrupt so they owe us to bring the matter to light and punish those publishing that statement if it's not true. Burying their heads in the sand is a dangerous thing to do.

This man is a loose canon, and must be delt with heavily according to the norms of law so he can learn how conduct himself when speaking about issues on which he has no legal competence. No one can dictate to the judge as to how to administer justice. You may accuse the judge for being partial, but you cannot instruct a judge about how to use his power of discretion. Atubiga is free to sue the Supreme Court if he so chooses. But someone in the NDC fraternity should sit him down and teach him how to comport himself before the laws of the land and the administrators of these laws.
