No matter what the ndc and their agent provocateurs say the fact remains the country can never move forward if the majority are marginalized and excluded from truly being represented as is the the case today. after killing mills these criminals have used ideology , propaganda , election trickery and engineering leading up to rigging of the vote with the help of the heavily politicized national security . anyone who dares cry foul is persecuted by the police and lately the judiciary . we now have a govt lopsided in favor of minorities such as the ayigbe and muslim northerners , this act alone proves none of them ever believed in ghana talk less of equal opportunity for all citizens irrespective of their background. we have no choice but to recognize these facts and do what is necessary to stop the process of colonization by these misfits . the divisions among us are so great its now evident to all its only a matter when this will lead to conflict and war. they think because they control the judiciary , nation security and other institutions of oppression that they are safe but i will remind them that's what the communists in Romania , Saddam in Iraq , Gaddafi in Libya and even the British imperialists thought. the Lord is on our side and we shall soon have our freedom . the economy is going backwards , even their own people dont believe in prosperity so are hurriedly pillaging the coffers , corruption of such magnitude that they dont even bother investigating or trying to rectify these crimes in short a mess which is skydiving into a disastrous catastrophe just as Sodom and Gomorrah were until fire erased them . pepeni at the drop of a hat runs to the most ridiculous of meetings just so he may not be caught in the country when things explode . they persecute the npp but dont realise its a different kind of leader that is born in times of war and those leaders a waiting patiently for the clarion call , long live the republic of Akan . to all those who wish and pray for the de Akanization of Ghana i say may you all be burned alive

SC never warned people not to talk about proceedings in the court. The SC is not a dumb institution to make such an unachievable Statement or request. THE SC CLEARLY STATED THAT NO ONE SHOULD MISTEPRESENT WHAT HAPPENS IN THE COURT. NO ONE SHOULD UNDERMINE THE INTEGRITY OF THE COURT. THAT THEY WILL PROTECT CITIZENS FROM ANY MIND OF ACTIONS THAT WILL DISTURB THE PEACE. Is this difficult to understand?

Did Mahama do any of these things? Haven't many NPP member made comments about the SC hearings and are free to go because they didn't do the things SC asked them not to do? Haven't NPP members stated many times their case will be withheld by the court? There's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Check those who were jailed and use your head to recount the things they did. The SC has been very consistent and has shown a lot of fairness and wisdom in their actions. The only people who'll not see it are those who even failed to see that the 2012 elections was perhaps the only election in Africa where elections went through successful for 2 days with no protests and intimidations, this the best so far.

You are absolutely right. The trouble is, however much you try to get this point across, people will say you are supporting the president. He may have made 'unwise', premature statements regarding the proceedings in court but cannot be said to have been in contempt.

I have condemned some of the president's statements in this matter and will condemn them here again. However to compare them to any of the contemptuous and dangerous statements made by these 'thugs' is barmy.

Is Otchere-Darko suggesting that he sees nothing wrong with what Adoryeh and Afriyie have done?

The problem with credibility is that WE judge it based on consistency and the ability to face the truth and be critical of our own side when they do anything stupid and wrong such as this.

No amount of 'painting' will remove the 'stain' of what these guys have been doing and the damage they are seeking to bring to our country, the law profession and the judiciary. Why can't you get that?

The SC should come down heavy on Adorye and Sir John. When will Ghanaians learn that while a live case is going on (an important one at that in regard to democracy and justice of our nation),no one should be commenting other than giving a summary of the arguments of the petitioners and the respondants. Contempt of court doctrine is very clear and those lawyers who do not understand it need to go back to law school

When you take a president to court, you automatically become a wanted man like it or not. You will not win when you harass the judge that is going to rule on your case. Fuck justice and the way we think it is applied. Judges are human too, and also have feelings and biases that can influence their rulings if pushed to the limits. The writing is up there clear for all to see. Say nothing contempteous and you have no grudge with the SC. Don't say Azuma of NDC cursed out and nothing happened so you will likewise. If one steps in a burning fire and is not burnt, will you be that foolish to do likewise? Npp soldiers should remember you went to court for a reason. To get a fair shake ,you MUST follow the rules and law as being laid down. If you have any words for Atuguba & Co. you wait till all is done and you feel cheated, but with proof, not hearsay or I think it should be this way, before you voice out your emotions verbally in a civil and peaceful way. Ghana needs peace now, no matter who wins this case. God bless our homeland for ever and evermore.

A leader must at all times demonstrate a sense of professionalism for his/her followers. Ghana now stands at a cross-road and we all need to pray for sustainable peace before and after the SC declaration. Indeed, recent comments by prominent party leaders are not going to help in this direction and the culprits should be punished according to the law to serve as deterrent to others and their followers as well. Equity must prevail in every democratic system

Sammy Awuku committed this same crime and he was warned,set free. Ken Kuranchie and Stephen Atubiga did same and they were jailed.Can't people learn common sense from it.Its always said that the first fool is not a fool,the second fool is also not a fool...but the third one is always the fool and the SC will treat you as such,Hopeson Adorye and Sir John.Since you have got what you are looking for,just go and enjoy it.They will sent to somewhere in the north and the hot sun will beat their heads over there..and when they return after sometime,they will learn some sense and advise others to always tame their tongues.
