This idea must be looked at properly.It can lead to paying of very high fees in our Universities all in the name of breaking even. AT THE END OF IT ALL, IS POOR PARENTS WHO ARE GOING TO SUFFER.

A university lecturer with a PhD earns less than 2000 (Gross) a month from the government. How can they think of the lecturer as the cause of SSpp problems?
