The way I see it she must me the number one hard working minister to date followed by the energy minister. The rest are all asleep.
This Minister is not only patriotic but also businesslike. She is creating business for the dormant Drydock and must be commended.
It is now up to those seeking jobs to acquire the requisite skills like, mechanical engineering, welding and marine engineering to make them employable.
It's better transfers fully to for better Ghana
Government should move beyond these assurances and put a team of Ghanaian engineers in place to design, develop and mordernise the shipyard. What will this take? Look at models which has worked elsewhere, obtain the knowledge ...
