  The time for livestock law enforcement in cities and towns is now now. You drive through our towns and city roads occupied by cows, goats, sheep, pigs, etc, as if there are no owners to them. MMDAs should enforce livestock presence on our roads and market areas. These lives would have been saved if the owner of this pregnant goat did not allow it 'free ranging.'

  2009. I was traveling with this guy on Sunyani to Kenyasi road. He never worried his ass swerving stray animals. He just run his car over them. I counted 3 stray animals gone dead. He told me one guy did swerve, got his car somersaulted, is fatally injured in hospital and he doesn't have the time to be lying in a hospital bed due to a silly mistake he himself has made. Smart guy. Animal owners will learn not to get their animals stray if most drivers did just that.
