Your statement that "You cannot get transparency beyond what the president is doing”, is tautology, it is meaningless. Transparency doesn't occur after the fact, transparency has nothing to do with the GYEEDA money laundering and daytime robbery of Ghana by Mahama and his money laundering cohorts and vehicles such as GYEED, RLG, SADA, etc. Because Mahama is himself involved in these fraudulent activities he is just buying time to gloss over this SERIOUS CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES of the "managers" of GYEEDA.
