This is laudable and they should keep it up
I want the banks in Ghana to pick up this issue of the Bank of Ghana not allowing foreign currency remittance into the country. Bof G should go to the Asian countries and check how they allow the inflow of money into their respective countries which had turned the economies around. We rather protect the multi nationals to transfer huge money out of the country by this weakening the already fragile Cedis. ECOBANK good show keep it up.

The best way to address this issue is to make the new managers rotate in all the relevant departments of the bank as part of their management training or induction program before posting them to their assigned departments.
