  The call by, and the work, of Universal Access to Health Campaign and MIHOSO are important and commendable.

  The observations and recommendations outlined above are correct. Who is soppose to handle such issues? I believe the Ministry of Health have Inspectors and supervisors and Directors. They Must Wake up and do their daily jobs!
