some people in usa have certificate (maybe from their own company training) in life insurance.. But schools should also both train people to work there and train young people in school about system so they are not ripped off!

but required in usa for 20 years now at least..Laws have to be passed to not them them profit too much.. Also they must be taken to court to force payouts on claims!
