So if for example pooling station 'A' collects a pink sheet, that number on the pink sheet is solely for that pink sheet ALONE and no other pink sheet must have that same number.
THEREFORE, WHY THEN DO WE HAVE DUPLICATE SERIAL NUMBERS ON MULTIPLE PINK SHEETS? NA WHO CAUSE AM?
AFARI DWAN CAUSE AM, AND HE MUST BE TRIED FOR TREASON. THIS IS GARGANTUAN DAYLIGHT TREASON TO THE NATION STATE GH.
So, it does not matter what name you call it, serial NUMBER or no serial # every single pink sheet must have a distinct number that must be different from all the numbers on all other pink sheets.
As long as the petitioners found that there were duplicate numbers on the pink sheets, that is HIGHLY illegal.
IF YOU FIND THE SAME SERIAL NUMBER ON MULTIPLE CEDI NOTES. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU? COUNTERFEIT BILLS!
If you find any 2 currencies of a particular denomination with the same number on it, then one is counterfeit. That is what the EC did.

Whether judgement is given based on the submission or not, allow the people to express their freedom of expression in anticipation of what they think the judgement would be. Who would not jubilate if they would not be punished retroactively? The submissions delivered by the respondents were very deadly and that made the persons whose votes were threaten have the confidence that they would not go and queue for it again. They seem to be saying they have crossed the Rubiorn river and there is no turning back. Even in football it is known that fans do at times generally jubilate before the match. Ask the Phobia boys of Nima and elsewhere. Let them jubilate but the judges have the whistle and we all go by that.

It is about time that the NDC become realistic with issues at stake in the country and handle them accordingly, because Ghana deserves better

Indeed any one who's knowledgeable about Law and who want to remain neutral of any political affiliation know very well that NDC has won this case already. Guys lets face fact, where are the so called EVIDENCE that NPP was so confident that it had right after the Election? Back to what someone was saying regarding Ato Dadzie's comments on the possibility of the 50/50 chance of either party winning the case. What you should know is that being a credible lawyer and knowing what the laws says about cases still pending in court such as this Gargantuan one, he wouldn't be real on it, he's only playing Diplomacy; but deep down within him he know his party will win for sure without any form of bias. But lets all wait and SEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
