So if for example pooling station 'A' collects a pink sheet, that number on the pink sheet is solely for that pink sheet ALONE and no other pink sheet must have that same number.
THEREFORE, WHY THEN DO WE HAVE DUPLICATE SERIAL NUMBERS ON MULTIPLE PINK SHEETS? NA WHO CAUSE AM?
AFARI DWAN CAUSE AM, AND HE MUST BE TRIED FOR TREASON. THIS IS GARGANTUAN DAYLIGHT TREASON TO THE NATION STATE GH.
So, it does not matter what name you call it, serial NUMBER or no serial # every single pink sheet must have a distinct number that must be different from all the numbers on all other pink sheets.
As long as the petitioners found that there were duplicate numbers on the pink sheets, that is HIGHLY illegal.
IF YOU FIND THE SAME SERIAL NUMBER ON MULTIPLE CEDI NOTES. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU? COUNTERFEIT BILLS!
If you find any 2 currencies of a particular denomination with the same number on it, then one is counterfeit. That is what the EC did.
They printed two sets and released them into the system. ONE SET WAS FOR ALL, THE OTHER SET WERE ONLY MARKED FOR NDC.....MUAHAHAHAAAAA

Exceptions to the Police Kangaroo laws in our Banana Republic are the moslems who celebrated the end of their Id Festival in a weird and wild way, on the their motorbikes, tooting their horns and getting away with it. Then the security forces also demonstrated on the streets of Accra in spite of the ban.

The police must be inverstigated for laxity - and possible kick-back. Justice Atuguba says "The public interest first" to hell with greedy politicians and people like this landlord, and I love that a great deal.

The same way the said builder ignored all warnings from the AMA which later on had to demolish the hotel. AMA's action was blamed on JJR who was then the Head of State. Rawlings was accused of pulling down someone's hotel.

I don't know why some Ghanaians, despite the extent of their education, still behave in such a manner. We know what we are doing is wrong and unacceptable and yet we ignore all warnings. We turn round to blame somebody when the law catches with us.
