You must be joking!These judges don`t know what is before them.A supreme court isn`t a criminal court which can punish people who criticize their handling of a case.Supreme Court Judges as well as a jury,have no right to listen to speeches made out of the court or what is in the print media!Nothing should influence them!Here we have judges practicing jungle law.Only criminal courts can fine or jail people in contempt cases!Why then laud such judges?Other countries need not more than one month to rule on such cases!Our economy is collapsing because of this delay.Do these so-called judges understand this? With his nephew Raymond Atuguba working as the Executive Secretary to The President and depending on Mahama remaining in office to keep his lofty job, you can guarantee that Mahama will get Atuguba's vote. Atuguba should have recused himself from the case to avoid any appearance of impartiality. That's what any self respecting judge would have done. After all who is to tell if uncle and nephew have not been discussing strategy and developments in the case over pito and toseafe as they are still in contact.
