So if for example pooling station 'A' collects a pink sheet, that number on the pink sheet is solely for that pink sheet ALONE and no other pink sheet must have that same number.
THEREFORE, WHY THEN DO WE HAVE DUPLICATE SERIAL NUMBERS ON MULTIPLE PINK SHEETS? NA WHO CAUSE AM?

So, it does not matter what name you call it, serial NUMBER or no serial # every single pink sheet must have a distinct number that must be different from all the numbers on all other pink sheets.
As long as the petitioners found that there were duplicate numbers on the pink sheets, that is HIGHLY illegal.

If you find any 2 currencies of a particular denomination with the same number on it, then one is counterfeit. That is what the EC did.

Even thought the petition is asking for any other decision the court may deem fit I do not see how the SC can call for a "re-run".
1. Will the so-called "re-run" be between the NDC and NPP alone or involving all the other parties?
2. How prepared are the other parties to contest in a sudden election and will it be fair and just to force them into a contest they have not prepared for?
3. The NPP is calling for "justice". Will it be justice if only the NDC and NPP benefit from an election the NPP claims to be fraudulent but which the other parties have contested but not allowed to participate in the re-run?
4. Will the NPP participate in the same election that would be conducted by the EC or a new EC will be formed to conduct the so-called re-run?
5. Will the re-run be for presidential contest alone or parliament will have to be dissolved and fresh elections be conducted for the two?
The SC is too wise to get itself and the country into this kind of avoidable problem.

Folks,

Let’s think carefully since money is involved and none of these politicians have done anything substantial for us in over 30 years now!!
I will never support a re-election. Never. The 2012 elections cost the nation more than $4,000 Million or $4 billion, from my estimates! During elections year the expense of government goes, up and judgment debts and clever tricks to steal state funds come into play. The currency fell by 50% after the elections – from Ghc1.0 to Ghc1.45 almost right after the elections.

It is a useless and hopeless exercise and waste of money that bring needed changes to the society.
I would rather we dedicated some two weeks to debate the nation and spend some money to conduct opinion polls as to the best way forward as a nation. We need to think as a nation for solutions that fit our society and not follow others peoples methods blindly.
1. Perhaps we should have Mahama rule for 2 years and Akufo Addo 2 years?
2. Perhaps we should toss coins in the open?
3. Perhaps we should set some final agreement and if Akufo Addo won, then take and no re-election. No! No! No!! too much money involved!

Let’s think, folks! 20% increase in communication taxes, SADA and RLG and Akomfem and GYEEDA, and Woyome and so much losses to the State and we have not found a solutions and they all cost the taxpayer money! The same money needed for Water, Electricity, Roads and Highways!! NO re-elections. Win or lose of compromise power-sharing! That is my recommendation. It is not in the constitution, bujt so are election rigging and theft and so forth not spelled out but we have common sense and should use it.
