She showed absolute immaturity in shouldering her professional responsibilities. People have the right to show their concern, approval or disapproval. After all, she is paid with the people's money and therefore represents the people. She owes 100% responsibility to Ghanaians.

Is John Mahama saying that, our very wise mother's having weighed issues should just jump to defend just anything for the sake of it? How can John Mahama disrespect women to such levels to think that, they don't have a mind of their own, to know when to defend an issue and when not. The level of mediocrity and sycophancy which John Mahama is fervently pushing into the mainstream of Ghana's politics is by far one of the most unprecedented, in the history of the annals of contemporary Ghanaian politics. This surely is not the kind of person Ghana needs as their President. He obtuseness of issues is markedly outrageous and it doesn't bode well for our socio-economic development in the least bit. This gaffe which is one of many, and this one, purposefully, directed against the very intelligence of our mothers, wives, companions, partners, our rocks, our bulwarks, smacks in the face of respect, for which we hold them in high esteem. John Mahama is so very much unsuited for the high office of the land.
