For the districts to be self-sustained, capacity building of assembly members is paramount.this would help them write proposals to charity organisations,interest groups, NGOs and central Government on the specific needs of their locality. revenue mobilization training and other self-help income generation programmes should be organised for assembly members."it is when somebody knows what to do that the person does the right thing". Revenue linkage is very high in the MMDAS. Common Fund is supposed to a supportive fund for district development but it is rather the reverse. (the main development fund)

When you take the President's frank talk to senior citizens on July 1st, and add Minister Oppong Fosu's admission of challenges facing all governments whether NDC-led or the past NPP-led administration, the Supreme Court handling of 'political galamseyism', and the resultant sanity emerging from all corners, PC Appiah's revelation of his experience with JJ,the delicate work of the National Peace Council, the generally very civilised conduct of our national security agencies, etc, etc, can't we feel the change in Ghana! Ei NDC/FLSB, corruption everywhere. Even operating a toilet facility, this NDC Form, Loot and Share Brigade (FLSB)will take bribe. Even the man at the top does same how much more the fool-soldiers?

It is commonplace and I thank those bringing it public for it to be addressed and the system sanitised. I suggest a CSO interviews some assemblymen on this. The findings of such as exercise will be shocking
