Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. So if for example pooling station 'A' collects a pink sheet, that number on the pink sheet is solely for that pink sheet ALONE and no other pink sheet must have that same number.

Meanwhile I am yet to hear Lawyers Ayenini of Joy FM and NPP's Sam Okudjeto tell the viewing public their take on the evidence that were not 'technically' filed and were being used in cross-examination. I am a lay man, but I mean those pink sheets that were outside the range of what the Registrar had recorded as having been filed but were not captured in the KPMG report. Is that evidence in law, please elighten ma Mr Lardi Ayenini. Secondly, as a lawyer, what do you make of the evidence on the pink sheets of Walewale where Mr Bawumia voted which Mr Addison did not want teh world to know about. Then that from Asokwa. We the lay viewers of the court proceedings were of the view that some evidence was being concealed in court. Please this will let us have a good understanding of the justice we hear being drummed into our ears by bias analysts. Indeed Ghnaians want to know the truth. Were the irregularities confined to the winners stronghold? I don't know. Joyfm or multimedia group should elighten Ghanaians and relate all these to the electoral law in all fairness then we will all form our opinion of the Courts system and of course the election 2012. Until then we will remain in murky waters apart from Mr Addison and NPP lawyers/sympathizers. SHALOM.

There will be electoral reform and complaints must only be entertained from polling stations at close of polls; and possibly at the constituency level. The law must make it impossible for a disgruntled person, be he a presiding officer or polling agent to hold millions of voters hostage by any act of omission or commission of errors to disenfranchise voters. A losing party should not have its way by conniving with presiding officers. Complaints must be addressed at the collation centers. The dos and don't must be read through loudly to everones hearing before any results are signed by party agents and declared electoral officers at each stage of the process. Why must result counted openly unchallenged be annulled; reform that useless law NOW.

We may vote early, say middle of October and the SC will have time correct any infractions, malpractices, violations, etc., by December when the results will be submitted back to the EC to announce. This will bring peace. Otherwise this 21 day period will still be taken advantage of and we all will have to wait for up to 8 months or more.

After independence (1962–1964), Akufo-Addo, Nana Addo Dankwa’s father, was a Supreme Court Judge (One of three Judges who sat on Treason trial involving Tawia Adamafio, Ako Adjei and three others after the Kulungugu bomb attack on President Kwame Nkrumah and for doing so was dismissed with fellow judges for finding some of the accused not guilty). He was not even bothered for the attack on Nkrumah’s life. From 1966–1970, he was appointed Chief Justice by the National Liberation Council (NLC) regime, a putschist government, as well as Chairman of the Constitutional Commission (Commission that drafted the 1969 Second Republican Constitution). He was also head of the NLC Political Commission during this same time period. From 31 August 1970 until his deposition by coup d'état on 13 January 1972, Akufo-Addo was the hand-pickedPresident of Ghana in the Second Republic. He was a ceremonial President and had no executive powers as all powers lay with the Prime Minister, Dr. Kofi Abrefa Busia. On 17 July 1979, Akufo-Addo died of natural causes.
Akufo-Addo married Nana Yeboakua Ofori-Atta, Abontendomhemma and a daughter of Nana Sir Ofori Atta I, a former Okyenhene of the Akyem Abuakwa state in the Eastern Region of Ghana. His son, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo came second in the Ghanaian presidential elections in 2008 and 2012.
It is worth noting that the NLC immediately banned all political parties and suspended the constitution. They eventually handed over power to the Progress Party led by Dr. Kofi Abrefa Busia of the UP tradition.
It is interesting to note that Nana Addo’s father was not democratically elected to the position of president of Ghana but was hand-picked after he helped to change the constitution to allow for his appointment. This is exactly what his evil son, Nana Addo Dankwa, seeks to achieve by going to court. He desires to use legalities, twist and turns of technicalities to demand the annulment of votes to be president. He knows the Akufos never come to power by elections but by the back door the twisting and turning constitutional provisions. His father did it so he can also try it.
Nana Addo Dankwa, can win the court by this constitutional wrangling - they are experts at that. The NPP would not mind to plan another coup d’etat so that power can be handed over to them as they did against Nkrumah through the CIA and NLC.
This is the avowed wickedness of the NPP and the Akufos.

What was shocking is that the EC did not present a single pink sheet until the last day when those he presented were full of errors and irregularities.

With all their boasted legal luminaries the NDC could not counter with their own pink sheets. What a shame

The ndc and the rented press obsession with the NPP leads me to believe 2 things; 1. They are scared of the potential outcome of the SC ruling. 2. They are not self assured that they are in government. I have never come across a party in power that dissipates its energies talking about the opposition instead of talking about policies and the better Ghana agenda.

The registrars records did not evidence the filing of some pink sheets as per the affidavit yet Addison used them in court, including evidence that was stuck of as per exhibits pointed out on the last day by Mr Quarshie Edun. This is NPP's water-tight evidence for you. We saw it all, so we know why NPP went to court and they were caught red-handed.

Yes you have the right to vote if you are a Ghana Ian of sound mind, over 18years and indeed register as a voter. However, your vote needs to be valid after you cast it to be used to declare the winner. If it does not pass the test of validity as spelt out in the constitution, then it ought to be nullified.
