  It is on record that, NADMO exceeded it's budgetary allocation in the run up to the elections by over 300 million per the audit report, at a time there were no major disasters in the country which should warrant the overshooting of the budget. When the report came out, Kofi Portuphy was up in arms about the authenticity of the report, because it was being alleged that, state funds again were channeled through NADMO to fuel NDC's manipulation of the votes by buying the conscience of the masses, and even had to in some instances, borrow to finance the vote buying expedition, thereby, incurring the huge budget dislocation. It was this reckless action on the part of NADMO that necessitated the Red Cross-a supporter and donor to the activities of NADMO, to issue a statement that, they were no longer going to support the organization again.
  Now, when you have a gov't team which is ready and prepared to mortgage the very existence of our institutions, to perpetuate itself on the masses at all cost, the citizenry suffer, the country retrogresses, the country stagnates, under the aegis of corrupt, inept, power drunk, incompetent thieving and looting greedy bastards.
