As a deputy minister you must speak for Ghana, you don't speak like a propaganda secretary any longer having become a deputy minister. Why didn't the US embassy issue the warning after the London demonstration or Dublin or US. The US embassy is issuing this statement now having observed and heard utterances from both the NDC and NPP. All these supreme court contempt issues started when the President himself started making comments about the case in court that one cannot use pink sheets to become president and that God gave him the presidency which he said at a Church in Mamfe in the Eastern Region. After that Gabby Assuming started threatening that even if the court decision goes against the NDC then there will be civil war, then Atubiga followed it up along the same lines which propmted the NPP to also make counter statements. You are aware all these have gone on so as a deputy minister if you want to comment blame your party first you don't put all the blame on your opponents, but l don't blame you in your party if you can lie you get rewarded with ministerial position so that is how you will talk. It's just the case of power having gone to the 'dogs'.

Felix Ofosu Kwakye is carving a niche for himself as an astute government communicator, and this fact cannotbe disputed. The NDC supporters' vandalising as a result of the MMDA's choice they did not want is to say the least criminal and unfortunate. But that has nothing to do with the imminent threats of violence we are experiencing presently because of the electoral petition of the NPP. Even before they filed this petition, the supporters had gone on rampage, resorted to violence, beating and killing and smashing vehicles at will at the Holy Gardens, Circle. There have been planned demonstrations home and abroad to make the state unpopular in the eyes of of the international community. Would you be surprise to know that the rampant market fires are the handiworks of your sympathisers who have lost their cool? This has led to the withdrawal of financial supports from donors and development partners, general public insecurity and skepticism all these affecting investor confidence and further increasing general unemployment. These cannot be compared to what some NDC youths have done by which several arrests have already been made.

Emma, be a man enough to face it. The economy has stalled because of your bogus petition at the Supreme Court! You're talking about evidences adduced. These evidences smack of insincerety, bad faith and intolerable levels of hypocrisy. Tell me, if there were indeed irregularities, how come that your party could not balance their acts by at least quoting just a few polling stations of their strongholds where such irregularities also occured? Even if you are not a smart guy, you won't have to go far to realise the NPP are being evil. So far, your evidences are too weak to stand in any court of juridiction. They are only good for electoral reforms but are not good affecting the whole results as you are claiming. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo was beaten fair and square by Mr. John Dramani Mahama by a margin of over 300,000 votes. Take it or leave it. You might be dreaming for a run-off indeed. Why not a recount? You don't want that one?

Also why did President Mahama polled thousands of votes more in each of Adjaho (8,000), Ablakwa (1,000) and Fifi Kwetey (6,000) constituencies than the MPs themselves? Akuffo Addo did not poll even a hundred votes each in these constituencies- Over voting that Afari Djan claimed did not exist? Believe in what you want. Ghanaians demonstration in London, US and Dubai are democratic right of concerned citizens and not NPP. Please, my appeal to you and NDC as a party is: Fix Ghana's economy and stop the blame game. US embassy is concerned about its citizen in Ghana and therefore issued that statement. It is an undeniable fact that awaiting this presidential election petition result has raised the political temperature in the country and as such everyone crying for peace. The US embassy message to its citizens is to tell you all that the whole world is watching Ghana and they do not want their citizens to get involved in any way.

It would be naive to think that the USA embassy does not have insider information regarding who or when trouble is likely to arise.As any advanced foreign intelligence service they have already probably hacked into the telephones, emails , comuters and probably have electronic bugs already installed in the offices of the NPP and even within President Mahama's working environment.They probably know more about either party , the thinking of their leaders and their intentions than anyone else. I get the feeling that they expect trouble especially from the Nana Akkufo-Addo camp regardless of the way the SC decides. Ghana appears to be marching resolutely towards war ,disorder and strife.Foreign powers like the USA will not be averse to strife in Ghana as this would enable them to take sides and offer to help provided concessions are made to the SA government eg the establishment of the so called African Command (USA military base in Ghana).We are in deep deep trouble.The likes of Akufo-Addo will have no trouble selling us to foreign powers in order to satisfy his vain ambitions.

This is what happens when you put a bunch of out of college boys and girls, with no previous experience of the the corporate, political and diplomatic world, to become ministers of state. In the business, commercial and corporate world they would have failed at first interview as their skills could not be matched with the job description.

Mahama has appointed these boys and girls, paying them a minimum of C7200 a month plus car and allowances, to represent Ghana globally, to make such arses of themselves. Instead of speaking for Ghana they turn every issue into propaganda party politics of the NDC, speaking for only the alleged 50.7% of the voting population and ignoring the interests of the rest.

They have been in power for almost 6 years and never once have they acknowledged that they have made a single mistake. They blame opposition parties for everything that goes wrong with the economy, security, fires, woyome, isofoton, and now soon, Gyeeda.

They blame everyone else for the mess they are making using propaganda and expect the gullible Ghanaians to swallow their crap. Mahama appoints those who are good at propaganda and insults; competency and effectiveness is not a priority. What a big shame.

The Deputy Minister should remember his own party is a major culprit in dropping negative signals to the international community. They are in the same boat with the NPP. But what's the point raising the issue if you turn a blind eye to what obtains in your own backyard and get busy digging pegs in someone's farm? I say enough of those things.

Tension have been created between NDC and NPP due to both uterances and I will blame people like you as ministers. You dont have to talk just because you are a deputy or communication minister or the fact that you are articulate doe not mean anything you hear you have to talk. Sometimes to be silent is better done talking and that is what you, Ablakwa and the young upbring minister are found of doing. You want to explain everything and most occassions it land some of you into trouble. Do you Mr Kofi Adams said on TV show that for NPP to win the petition is like turning the volta lake to flow into a direction direction? Such talks stir up tension. And this is not the first time the US government has given her citizens warning about trouble spots in the world.Our good and caring government is telling us to be on the alert and what to do on the day the Supreme court will announce its decision if we happened to be in Ghana. What is wrong with it that the do-nothing NDC government of Ghana should be offended? The cause of Ghana is greater than any other political party. We must put the interest of our dear country far and above any political party in the nation of Ghana.
We must not loose sight of the fact that we have only country which have been our abode before the launch of the current republic in which we find ourselves. Political power is for a season but without stability there is no platform or place to show the alternatives of managing the affairs of our beloved country.
Come the 29rh, whatever the decision will be from from the Supreme Court of the land let us not allow the sectional and political interest colour our judgement to destroy the gains we have made over the years politically.
In a any case like the one before us of which the verdict is yet to come, one side of the of the two will gain currency. Let the side of the polical divide which does not receive the favourable verdict start to blame the legal system and the justices of the land.
If it goes for the ' x' party let not the 'y' party resort to violence. Violence will tarnish our image and destroy the little we have. In the end the "haves" will not suffer that much loss but rather the "have nots".
Fellow Ghanaiams let us love Ghana more than any political grouping or entity. After all we have only one country to run to. We have a lot of catastrophic situations around us in Africa to learn lessons from. Let us not allow our emotions to be driven by any political greed to destroy the stability we have enjoyed over the years which is precious to us and even our our neighbours.
Peace is what we need . May almighty God grant us understanding to smoke peace pipe on our beloved mother land. Long live Ghana!
May our beloved country progress in peace and not confusion that comes as a result for the quest for a limited power.(4 years)
Let peace reign in all regions of the country after the verdict on 29th of August .May the political atmosphere in Ghana after the Verdict remain calm.
