Last semester I took macroeconomics and didn't have a clue what I was doing (as cited on the final exam). There were 80 multiple choice questions. For some reason I decided to play the game of probability and choose the letter "A" for everything. In that game, the only thing probable was that I failed.
The following day, the professor asked to see me after class. "Is everything okay?" "Sure," I said, "why? "Well, here's your test," he said and handed me a piece of paper that was covered with red ink. "Can you explain why you chose an 'A' for everything?"
Knowing that there was nothing I could do at this point, I said, "Well, I've always wanted to be an 'A' student."

To amaze me! Does he know something that we the rest of us do not know about? Was that venue the appropriate forum for him to seek to preclude the need for review? Is it not strange that yesterday it was Kwasi Prempeh from Seton Hall who launched this meaningless campaign for a "blowout" verdict. Today, who do we see? None other than this patently partisan old lawyer dabbling in matters he has no business getting involved in.
Listen to opine that it is "a mockery of democracy the appointment of people as Ministers who never worked under people before". Who is this man talking about here? When did Sam Okudzeto realize "democracy is not about winner takes all"? How long has he been involved in the politics of this country?
The irony here is that while claiming to be preaching peaceful co-existence, this same person cannot rise above using every opportunity he is given to push for a verdict favourable to his party, the NPP!

1. Matthew 24:36
No one knows about that day or hour, not even the Son, but the Father only.
Here Jesus makes a distinction between what he knows and what the Father knows.

2. Matthew 26:39
My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me, yet not as I will, but as Thou will.
Jesus’ will is likewise autonomous from God’s Will. Jesus is seeking acquiescence to God’s will.

3. John 5:26
For as the Father has life in Himself, so he has granted the Son to have life in himself.
Jesus received his life from God. God received his life from no one. He is eternally self-existent.

4. John 5:30
By myself, I can do nothing: I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who has sent me.
Jesus says, “by myself, I can do nothing.” This indicates that Jesus is relying upon his own relationship with God. He is not trying to “please myself” but rather is seeking to “please the one who sent me.”

The Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees the Father doing, because whatever the Father does, the Son does also.
Jesus declares that he is following a pattern laid down by God. He is expressing obedience to God.

Why do you call me good? No one is good, except God alone.
Here Jesus emphatically makes a distinction between himself and God.

7. John 14:28
The Father is greater than I.
This is another strong statement that makes a distinction between Jesus and God.

8. Matthew 6:9
Our Father, which art in Heaven.
He didn’t pray, Our Father, which art standing right here!”

9. Matthew 27:46
My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken me?
Inconceivable if he is God the Creator.

10. John 17:21-23
. . .that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. . ..that they may be one as we are one: I in them and you in me.
In this prayer Jesus defines the term “to be one.” It is clearly accomplished through the relationship of two autonomous beings. Christian believers are to model their relationship (to become one) after the relationship of God and Christ (as God and Christ are one). Notice that “to be one” does not mean to be “one and the same.”

11. 1 Corinthians 15:27-28
For he "has put everything under his feet." Now when it says that "everything" has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all.
Paul declares that God put everything under Christ, except God himself. Instead God rules all things through Christ. (remember: “through him all things were made.”)

12. Hebrews 1:3
The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being.
Jesus is the exact representation of his being. I send my representative to Congress. He is not me, myself. He is my representative.

13. Hebrews 4:15 (compared with James 1:13)
For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet without sin.
Jesus has been tempted in every way, just as we are, yet he never sinned. See

James 1:13: When tempted, no one should say, God is tempting me. For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt.
Jesus was tempted in every way, but God cannot be tempted. This is why Jesus said, “don’t call me good, none is good, only God.”

14. Hebrews 5:7-9
During the days of Jesus' life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission. Although he was a son, he learned obedience from what he suffered and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him
Jesus had to walk a course of faith and obedience in order to achieve perfection. By achieving perfection, Jesus “became” the source of eternal salvation.
Evidence of the unity and oneness of God as taught in Islam is found throughout the Bible. In Deuteronomy (32:39) [It] says, “There is no god beside Me,” and in Isaiah (43:10), “Before Me no god was formed, nor shall there be any after Me.” In Exodus (8:10), “No one is like the Lord our God,” and in Jeremiah (10:6-7), “There is none like unto Thee, O Lord.”

“You shall have no other gods before (besides) me. You shall not make yourself a graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and the fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing steadfast love to thousands who love me and keep my commandments.”
[Ex 20:3-6]
Doubts about Jesus’s divinity even within the Gospels

Even within the four canonical Gospels there are numerous passages which cast doubt on the divinity of Jesus and therefore on the concept of Trinity which presupposes it. There are at least twenty instances where Jesus prays. See Matthew 14:23, 19:13, 26:39, 27:46, 26:42-44; Mark 1:35, 6:46, 14:35-36; Luke 3:21, 5:16, 6:12, 9:18, 9:28, 11:1-4, 22:41; John 14:16, 17:1, 17:9, 17:11, 17:15. If Jesus were himself divine, i.e. God, to whom is he praying and why?

Consider also these passages:

Matthew 26:39

Jesus and God had different wills.

Matthew 19:16-17, Mark 10:17-18 and Luke 18:18-19.

Jesus denied divinity by distinguishing between himself and God.

Luke 7:16, 13:33, 24:19; John 4:19

Jesus was regarded by his disciples and other contemporaries as a prophet. They do not acclaim him as an incarnation of God or the Son of God.

CLAUSE(S)(1) The validity of the election of the President may be challenged only by a citizen of Ghana who may present a petition for the purpose to the Supreme Court within twenty-one days after the declaration of the result of the election in respect of which the petition is presented.

(2) A declaration by the Supreme Court that the election of the President is not valid shall be without prejudice to anything done by the President before the declaration.

(3) The Rules of Court Committee shall, by constitutional instrument, make rules of court for the practice and procedure for petitions to the Supreme Court challenging the election of a President.."

THAT THE LEGAL ISSUE INVOLVED IN THE SUBSTANCE OF THE PETITIONERS RELIEF(S) BEING SOUGHT WHETHER OR NOT THE SUPREME COURT HAS THE CONSTITUTIONAL POWER AND AUTHORITY TO ANNUL VOTES?

(iv) WHETHER OR NOT A SITTING PRESIDENT OF GHANA WHILE IN OFFICE CAN BE SUED OR JOINED TO A LAWSUIT AS DEFENDANT?

(v) WHETHER OR NOT A HYPOTHETICAL DOCTRAINAIRES CLERICAL ERRORS ON THE PINK SHEETS AND NEVER OCCURRED AT THE REAL POLLING STATION CAN BE TESTED IN A LAW COURT?
(vi) WHETHER OR NOT THE ELECTION OFFICIALS INTENTIONALLY, WILLFULLY AND DELIBERATELY COMMITTED THE CLERICAL ERRORS PURPORTED TO BE MADE ON THE PINK SHEETS?
(vii) WHETHER OR NOT THE PETITIONERS THEMSELVES WHEN PREPARING THE PINK SHEETS TO COMMENCE THE PETITION AT THE SUPREME COURT MADE THE SAME ERRORS OR MISTAKES ON THE PINK SHEETS HAS ANY LEGAL EFFECTS OR RAMIFICATIONS?
(viii) AND ANY OTHER LEGAL ISSUES THAT MAY OR MIGHT BE IDENTIFIED AND WITH THE PROPER INTERPRETATION OF THE APPLICABLE LAWS AND LEGAL THEORIES NOT HYPOTHETICAL WOULD HELP RESOLVE THE CASE FOR A FAIR,JUST AND FIRM DECISION TO BE RENDERED THAT MAY BE ACCEPTABLE TO ALL THE PARTIES, THE GOOD PEOPLE OF GHANA AND GHANA FRIENDS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PREAMBLE TO GHANA 1992 CONSTITUTION.
IT IS THEREFORE VERY CLEAR THAT IT IS NOT ONLY ASKING FOR NO REVIEW BUT IT IS A QUESTION OF LAW THAT SHOULD BE PROPERLY AND APPROPRIATELY APPLY AND TO BE INTERPRETED ACCORDINGLY TO HELP PROMOTE PEACE AND UNITY IN DIVERSITY IN GHANA SINCE LAW IS A TOOL FOR/OF DEVELOPMENT THAT ALSO BRINGS AND PROMOTES HARMONY AND SOLIDARITY BETWEEN AND AMONG THE PEOPLE.

The level of lawlessness, filth, 'manholes' (sorry, potholes), police corruption/ignorance (some sitting on the banned 'okadas', occupied roads/ pavements by street hawkers/container shops, prostitution of both girls and boys, 'galamsey' by foreigners, waters/land being polluted by the so-called legal multi-corporate entities, land guards, land sales to several people by chiefs/land guards, sale of government lands and properties to political cronies (NDC & NPP), no national air or shipping lines, CORRUPT politicians, CORRUPT civil servants, a lot of CORRUPT citizens, filthy beaches like Labadi (WHERE GHANAIANS PAY TO GO TO?), smelly 'lavender lane', flooding. filth after filth all over our nation - to mention but a few,..........is beyond belief, in our Ghana today.
