A person, a group of people, or a party fighting against what they claim or see as miscarriage of justice should always be appreciated
We should only pray that whatever verdict that will come out will make it impossible for any party to go in for a review. For eg a 8-1or 7-2 will discourage everybody, too much litigation will not paint a good picture.
Why do we appoint an umpire then challenge decision that he makes? We we have to be aware that such obnoxious behavior can create the opening for chaos in this country. Ghana is not insulated from the political upheavals tha ...

NO! EVEN IF IT 9-0 AND A PARTY WANTS TO GO AND WASTE HIS/HER MONEY ON REVIEW, HE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO DO SO. IT IS THE LAW. THAT WILL BRING FINALITY TO THE CASE.

Justice is not pandering and accommodating the vexatious leanings of a litigant. Because he threatens violence does not mean we must stretch the legal proceedings to please him.
