If a review is part of the law why are u saying the NPP has no moral right for a review. And this is a Deputy Minister, only thinking for the good of his party NDC others don't deserve it. Such characters should not be paid with state money, because they are in the first place not intelligent to warrant wasting the tax payers on them. If you think the parties have the right to ask for review say so for all parties, if you think for this occasion they should not go for review say so for all, you don't llok at your parties interest especially when you are a Deputy Minister.

If he could say that the NPP should not seek a review of the Supreme Decision, then he is either 1). sure the NDC has been declared winner long ago thus making the 29th date just a formality and 2). the NDC alone will have the right to seek a review when they are not favored by the Supreme Decision.
