Fake leaders claim thrones without building kingdoms as pepeni has done by murdering mills . today there is another divide and that is the north south whereby these Muslims think its their god given right to plunder and oppress the Akans. Just as pharaoh had pestilence after pestilence , no water , no electricity , no infrastructure , no development, chinese locusts poisoning our lands and waters ,corruption and death everywhere and the people suffer. they are blind to see the will of God and in their selfish fantasies think its a right or their turn to pillage the coffers . they send their chariots or special police and army to try in put fear in the children of God the Akans . we are told their plan is to start shooting first and again blame the Akans so we must now prepare and make sure when they do not a single one leaves alive . we number millions and can never be defeated by your mischievous fools . THe lord has promised us freedom and nobody with their trickery and biased toilet carrying pepeni judges can stop it.It is time to take the children to the villages and prepare to defend ourselves against this evil pepeni , long live the republic of Akan

Most NPP followers do not understand the issues to be decided upon at the Supreme Court. I do not blame anyone but Nana Akufo Addo who told the supporters at the Obra Spot that The EC stole votes for President Mahama.Meanwhile they went to court on useless, illogical frivolous and vexatious allegations. NULLIFICATION OF VOTES for unreasonable reasons.Returning officer filled in the Pink Sheets but forgot to sign it, so nullify votes; alleged over-voting as depicted on Pink Sheets, so nullify all votes; alleged voting without verification as evidenced on Pink Sheets, so nullify votes; duplicated serial numbers on some Pink Sheets, so nullify votes. NULLIFY VOTES,NULLIFY VOTES,NULLIFY VOTES ....WHY? What gives me the assurance is that, possibly all the LAW LORDS took part in the 2012 voting process so they understand the process very well.Their votes were also counted in the open and were duly recorded at the BALLOT DECLARATION PART of the so called Pink sheet.Dr. Afari Djan declared President Mahama winner based on information collated from the DECLARATION PART of all the 26,002 Polling Stations, authenticated by all the Party Representatives both at the Collation centres and the EC STRONG ROOM.The ballot reconciliation where the administrative errors which had not link to WHERE THE VOTES COUNTED IN THE OPEN were recorded.ALL THE PARTY AGENTS TESTIFIED BY SIGNING THAT PART stating that: (1) There was no over-voting;(2)All voters were bio-metrically verified;Dr.Bawumiah said in the WITNESS BOX that 'you and I were not there'. His agent who saw with their own eyes(and indeed all the agents) said nothing happened. NPP supporters who should the court believe? The one who said he was not there or ALL THE AGENTS who said they were there? The Court would pronounce the verdict on 29th, and that day people would cry BLOOD.Watch out and see, Nana Akufo Addo would not be in court.

It would appear that those in control of the NDC, for the time being, were bent on excluding other bona fide members of the Party who may wish to lay democratic claims to who becomes the next flag bearer of the Party by excluding them even before the mortal remains of the demised President were interred. It is also symptomatic of how political party elites in Ghana and Africa worm their way into the confidences of persons perceived as likely to ascend to power positions for purposes of eventual personal economic gain at the expense of the generality of the mass of Party members and the Nation which every President swears to serve under the Constitution...

Paul, I agree with you and Kweku Baako is absolutely right. I do not understand why this unease about even discussing the verdict. There is the need for the verdict to be digested and analysed by politicians, the legal profession, media, academia, civil society organisations, etc and the soonest the better but not when it becomes stale news. I will be doing just that after listening to the verdict. The only worry I have is that the written judgement may not be freely available to do a comprehensive analysis. I know a friend in New York who was considering taking a day or half day off just to be able to listen to and analyse the verdict.

Why would the National Security gag you? I think you are slightly becoming too self-centered. It is very unfortunate the way both the media and politicians communicate with Ghanaians. Ghanaians are really not benefiting from the right of freedom to speak out. Either we don't know how to use this freedom, or we are simply out of control, that we have no respect for each other and national institutions. This is one reason why it has been the supreme court which has to intervene when the police and the media commission exist. If we don't handle the freedom we have in Ghana carefully, we will one day sit down and ask, why did we mess this chance up? All the personal insults carried on by the media must stop. My friend Kweku, you do have the right to speak your mind without fear. However, unnecessarily challenging authority and our institutions will not benefit anyone. And to all Ghanaians, why have we allowed politics to drive a wedge between us. At the end of the day, the main question is, do we have food, health care, water, electricity, and security for our children. If we answer yes, then carry on, but if we answer no, we should bury our heads in the sand in shame, and when we wake up, then ask our politicians with a united voice to deliver to goods. This silly arguments must really stop. One more thing, it took an FM radio station to broadcast a very simple message, for Rwandans to kill themselves. About a million lives wasted. THINK AGAIN!

Is Larry Gbevlo Lartey-the national security coordinator, a close friend and confidant of Solomon Adelaquaye, not the same person, who sent his goons to the judicial secretary's office to go and retrieve evidence at the judicial secretary's office and bring it to him, for safekeeping, without recourse to the President of the bench, but just on the orders of Johnson Asiedu Nketiah aka Gen. Mosquito of the NDC party, belying his actual intent and outright affront to the authority of the judiciary? A clear act of impunity by all standards, and this same individual is again, going around undermining the very foundation of our democracy-freedom of expression with such reckless glee and abandon. What crime would Ghanaians be committing in commenting on the election post-verdict? What law would they be breaching post-verdict and why, this subtle introduction of the culture of silence in our body politic, by these coup d'état specialists turned latter day politicians?
Instead of Larry Gbevlo Lartey seeking to cower Ghanaians from speaking on issues, he must be seen to be ensuring that, the verdict of the law courts are respected. He must be seen to be working to maintain the rule of law. he must be seen to be working to ensure that the likes of Nii Lantey Vanderpuye who is flouting the law by not obeying the verdict of our courts are rather complying with the verdict of the court. What kind of country is this and what kind of governance is being exhibited in Ghana? The level of lawlessness and impunity is outrageously legendary and amazing in a democratic dispensation of 20 years. Ghana deserves better.

To his useless attempt to make up for his past 'deficiences' in life!
Is this fervent appeal by National Security not part of the genreal effort in the entire country to preempt any distubances and maintain the the prevailing calm in the country? So where is this show of pointless bravado coming from? To date has anybody sought to gag him?
The truth is that we have allowed a few individuals to "grow horns" to the extent that they fel they are above everbody else in this country, and thus can conduct themselves in such a manner as to suggest that they are not subject to any controls whatsoever. And for the most part, people applaud them, and make them feel the are right. Why does he not chanllenge the 100m radius exclusion perimeter announced by the security authorities in this country? Does the 1992 Constitution not guarantee the freedom of movement?
But who can blame this deffident, when a public official like Kabral Blay Amihere, the Chairman of the NMC who has failed miserable in discharging his public mandate is also providing the 'oxygen' to propagate this stupidity? Where has he and his outfit been all this while, when all manner of incendiary language was being used on our airwaves to incite others to political violence? peole like him are part of the 'poison' delberately planted in the governance
structure to promote 'gridlock' and make the nation ungovernable!

Let him proceed. He could be sued for inciting violence and sedition and that will be a criminal contempt. It's for his good and the good of the entire nation that National security is doing this.
