Are Ghanaian social commentators, politicians, and analysts already suspecting a foul play even ahead of the ruling? Why don't you people allow events to take their own courses? When NPP delayed in taking this case to court, people began to complain that they would never even execute their action because they did not have evidence. While others even from within indicated that it was absolutely unnecessary. At a point in time during the petition, the NPP was bringing confusion in Ghana. When the evidences began to come-up, many people commented that our electoral system needs serious reforms. Why are people now so concerned about whether the parties should or should not seek a review after the ruling thereby even pre-empting the outcome of the ruling itself? Has it now been so important for Ghana?

Accepting that the system needs reforms suggests the petitioners evidence may carry the day? The Constitution had the provision of appeal of EC's decisions because humans are fallible. That is WHY the EC's decisions can be challenged. EC is Not EC.
