NDC goons are running away to other countries not because they are fearful of any wars or mayhem after the supreme court verdict but simply because as soon as Nana is crowned Ghana's president, they will all be going straight to jail where they will spend the rest of their lives there forgetting so well that the international criminal justices will assist in bringing them back to base. Okudjeto Ablakwa is running away, Betty Mould idrissu is running away, Asiedu nkatia is running, Yaw Boateng Gyan, Afari Gyan, Otukonor, Fiifi Kwatey, jon nkomfem mahama and all of them can run but they can't hide. We will find them and deal with them with the law of our motherland. They came only to steal, loot, destroy, kill and mismanage Ghana for us with the yebedii keke stupidity.

I believe a law should be put in place, for anyone who holds office in GHANA GOVERNMENT SECTOR should declare his/her assets before and after her party's reign,so the difference could be evaluated.
THEIR BANK TRANSACTIONS,FROM THE FIRST TO THE LAST DAY,SHOULD ALSO BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION.

This is what I have been advocating all over the years!!!!! The NPP and NDC are just puppet parties serving their 'masters'. They have NOTHING to offer Ghanaians. They reap whatever they can and when it comes to 'judgement' time they flee to their 'masters' who sponsor them to run the country and its citizens short; they run back to them for cover.

There are a lot of them who have already left the country. Check it out for yourselves. If the NCCE did ask for their passports etc.to be deposited.....so be it.

If there is no crime committed or whatever, why worry? But the reality is they all have a lot to answer to Ghanaians for. Why then be worried about depositing passports? Most of them have already left the country with their families and sitting on the fence to see what happens. COWARDS AND HYPOCRITES!!!!!!!!

If there is nothing to hide, do exactly what has been asked for.

NOTHING! Will happen in Ghana. But what should happen in Ghana is to rid ourselves of these two useless parties!!!!!! NDC AND NPP! period!

The judges of the Supreme Court are not paid by the tax payer because of their personal interests. Parliamentarians are not being paid by the tax payer because of their personal interests. We are the tax payers are paying these individuals because of their professional expertise. The fact that most of these justices are sympathizers of the NPP is not a basis to shirk their responsibility to the people of Ghana. In the absence of this important responsibility, they have no business living on our sweat.
The underlying and the single most important reason for practicing multi-party democracy is the principle of the universal adult sufferage. Mulyi party democracy has no meaning if this principle is pushed to the dogs and on this basis the Ghanaian society should immediately reverse to military dictatorship immediately.
No qualified Ghanaian's vote has to be cancelled because of the failure of some persons called presiding officer who did not perform his/her duty to the people. The 1992 Constitution realises the value of the vote that is why it did not provide anywhere that if any person fails in his/her duty, the EC should cancel votes.
We say the Law is sometmes an Ass but the Law cannot be an Ass on this occasion. The Law realises the importance of the individuals innocence so it provides adequate avenue for the individual to make his/her case when he/she comes into conflct with the Law.
The actions of party agents( AGENCY LAW) is very critical on this occasion. We cannot discount the actions of the party agents. They have the right to bring the principal (presidential candidates)into contractual relationship if their actions is in line with their mandate.
For me, wisdom should guide us in this matter. King Solomon of old Israel was not a judge but his wisdom cannot be matched by any judge of old and present.
This petition is a legal issue and should be dealt with according to law, period.
