These are all preventable accidents. How much does Life Jackets cost, compared to the lives that are being lost, through these drownings?
Why can't boat operators, by law, be made to provide their passengers with Life Jackets, even if for a small fee?
If such a measure is implemented, it would save some of the people who get involved in such river or water accidents.
Life Jacket use, must be made mandatory for any two or more persons traveling by boat, or canoe or any water-craft.

The navy is just useless , they are not even trained to swim n rescue people. What a sad rescue team, government must do it best to supply life jackets
