Where is it stated in the Constitution that any two polling stations must bear two different serial numbers? Anyway, if the serial numbers for two or four polling stations are the same, don't they have different polling station codes, locations, presiding officers and party agents? Don't be narrowly focused on similarities, also look out for differences if any.

Breto! I just can't get what all this fuss is about serial numbers. Since we started multiparty democracy in 1992 when have elections been conducted based on the serial numbers of the pink sheets? Is there a difference between serial numbers and polling station codes? Is so how has the EC been using the two in elections? Take this scenario. There is Polling station A with serial number 000123 and a Polling code Ac987 located in Accra Circle and another Polling station B with serial number 000123 with a code Number TK632 located in Tamale Kakasunanka. The Presiding member for Polling Station A is Ayitey and the Presiding Member for Polling Station B is Issifu. All other differences can be ascertained except that the two polling stations have the same serial number. So NPP is saying that the voters of the two Polling stations should be punished because the printing house mistakenly printed the same serial numbers for the two different polling stations. Is that logical?

Just look at Woyome and the issue surrounding his plague affecting Ghana as a whole. From my infancy, we've got to know that when you give a present to people from ayigweland, they will not take it. Rather, as soon as you put it there, then they will steal it instead. This is the reason why the Akans see no good in you and you can't disagree with this simple analysis.
Can you imagine the role played by Okudjeto Ablakwa, and Betty mould idrisu in the Woyome issue? Just don't forget that even Tsatsu Tsikata who is defending NDC at the supreme court is a hardened criminal? How about Tony Lithur who played a leading role in the fraudulent judgment debt payment made to some illegitimate companies who did not deserve any such payment (refer to Martin Amidu's case to the high court). Your people are thieves that's why the Akans will not allow you to be their president. Thank you for reading!

People dont break half a Law. Ghana dont have half Laws and for that reason John Mahama didnt win any elections and there were no elections in 2012 if its so error and rigging. That wasnt any election and for that reason Nana Addo will finish the last two year as the President of Ghana. Elections after.
Ghana can afford to keep John Mahama and with his suppose for another two years. They wasted 5 years doing nothing but fighting Petition.

Nobody uses pink sheet to conduct an election,get that into your head.The EC uses pink sheets to collect records at various polling stations.It does not make any sense to drag on original and duplicates of pink sheets unless the contents on the face of the pink sheets have been ultered.What is important about pink sheet is to cross check the figures and events if they are true.If the petitioners could say look,the records on the face are not true because we had A6 for 10 votes and the EC says A6 equals 20 votes or 3 votes then there is a problem.You cannot tell me pink sheets that were used at the polling stations were change on the way to collation centres or from collation centres to the strong room because all the party agents have the same copies,except somebody is trying to lie here.If NDC agent has 20 votes on his pink sheets,I don't see how CPP will have 10 votes and PPP have 4 votes yet they have all agreed and signed the pink sheets.Mind you,the votes are counted in public,the pink sheets are also filled in public,so the claim that EC tempered with the results from the polling station could be easily detected if it's true.Thank you.

President Mahama stole the election with the help of Afari Gyan. Ghana must remove him from the presidency to demonstrate that election rigging if caught will not be accepted as the norm.
Ghana is peaceful because of entrenched democracy and if election manipulations are allowed to determined winners, then we are leaving democracy and adopting a one party state.
President Mahama must be removed it has been established that he masterminded the elections 2012.

Which body is constitutionally mandated to declare result in our elections? I find too many ignorance being peddled around in this petition matter. I wonder how many of us are really up to scratch. Even those claiming to be educated are found wanting on the matter. It was this display of ignorance that made me to stay from the discussions on the matter.
What role did the 1992 Constitution gave to the party agents and did these agents do their work at all? If these agents were all present and did their work why will the court be tasked to adjudicate a matter which the 1992 Constitution has supposedly taken care of. This is really problematic. Assuming the party agents were not mentioned in the Constitution, one will understand the path being pursued by the courts.
Elections are supposedly to be won at polling stations. That is the primary source of determining who becomes president and parliamentarian. The pink sheet is only a means of collating result of an election. The results are all determined in the presence of the sovereign people of Ghana and to me there is no authentic result in an election than those arrived at the polling stations.
The petitioners are only playing on technicalities. I believe, after losing the 2008 elections NPP went back to analyze the whole elections and realized all these technicalities and ensured that the 2012 elections did not go the same way in favour of NDC. Their mantra to win the 2012 elections at all cost came from the ''ammunitions'' they have gathered from the technicalities. Unfortunately, the NDC had gone to bed not knowing what their main competitors were doing. This is one major weakness of this party. Had it not be the strong following of the NDC, NPP will always have the upper hand the two are involved. The so called big men in the NDC are ''lazy'' but they want the ''good meat''.

I had always held Afari Gyan as one of the few least corrupt ones until he made that stupid mistake and boldly told the petitioners to go to court thinking they would not. From what I observed and heard during this whole proceedings, the man is a very clever manipulator, short of being called a thief and liar. All elections have some kind of minor acceptable flaws but, the magnitude of this one is mind buggling. The man was almost perfect until this one. Like they say, "everyday for thief man, one day for policeman" Afari, I wish it didn't have to end like this. When greed and invincibility takes control of your thinking, you end and give up your whole life's standing in the who is who of your followers. What is done, cannot be undone Afari, cross your fingers and pray for the impossible to happen.

This is exactly what happened during the last election. It is full of duplications, triplications and quadruplications in favour of NDC. So genuinely NDC did not win the elections. It was stolen for them. Period.

The interesting thing about this SC case is that the petitioners' earlier contention that Dr Afari Gyan conspired with President Mahama to steal election December 2012 has metamorphosed into trivial technicalities - pink sheets, uneducated election officials, non-signatures on polling station final results sheets, etc. Those who lost have no shame to accept the will of the majority! Dr Afari Gyan is a Ghanaian icon who has kept an excellent record that can not be tarnished even by men who regard election 2012 as an 'all die be die' issue! The title of 'Mr President' should not be seen as the highest national honor! Looking back in history, Mahatma Gandh is easily the greatest Indian that ever lived. He never cared about political titles! Even in our case, is there a leader of the UP tradition who can measure up to J. B. Danquah's stature! The only leader worth remembering is one who stood up to contribute to the welfare of ordinary citizens!
