    Just checked on the internet - Bowman & Partners are an USlaw firm based in Phildelphia. If the case was being heard in London why was a London litigation firm not instructed - why a firm in the USA - doesn't make sense.

    the solution to all is simple, all the people involved with the missing files, have to be dismissed immediately. No questions asked. Better back-up procedures have to be put in place, to prevent such situations in the future.
