Jubilate, but in doing so remember
a)that the person next door whose party lost, is already sad and psychologically bitter. In that case, do not use insulting language and tone down drastically insinuations.
b)that the loser has a right to quietly brood over his lost. So the level of your noise should be controlled (from your sound system and 'jama' processions) such that he/she can have the peace of mind to recover from his lost
c)that you cannot jubilate forever. so don't over prolong your jubilation.

On the part of the loser, he/she

1. Must accept unconditionally the verdict of the SC.
2. Must accept also, that the winner next door has a right to outwardly express his/her joy, and must not be hindered.
3. Must not doubt the judgement of the SC so as to insult nor cast insinuations.
4. Must, if he/she is so disposed, join the winners to jubilate. This will help neutralise tension.

That was a tactical error and major faux pas which will cost them the Presidency. Which would be fine with the NDC because a win is a win even if the election was stolen and a crooked and tainted judge gave them the verdict.

He said there were three different figures available to the Commission as the amount paid as judgment debt to SG including US million, US million and US million.

He said prior to the payment of the judgment debt, GNPC were using Bindman and Partners as their legal representation in court when Societe Generale was contesting the corporation but the then Attorney General, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, asked for the matter to be handed over to him.

He said after the handing over of the case to the Attorney General there were no legal representation for GNPC, leading to loss of the case by the corporation, which brought about the payment of the judgment debt.

Nana Asafu-Adjaye, the Chief Executive Officer of GNPC, said in 1999 SG sued the corporation in London court to recover debt they claimed was owed by the corporation.

He said the organisation contested the claims of SG based on the fact that it was SG that gave "negligent advice" to the corporation to hedge its anticipated production of oil and gas from the Tano Fields.

He said a letter dated 24 October 2001 from the Ministry of Energy to the corporation showed that the GNPC drill ship, D511, was sold for US.5 million but could not confirm whether it was used to defray the judgment debt.

After many years she finally reaches maturity and he retrieves her from the monastery and marries her.
